The house itself is absolutely stunning. The scent of cedar is calming and energising at the same time. My summerhouse is now my yoga and meditation space. “We've used Matthew for a number of pieces of furniture in our house. We wanted pieces that were unique, well built out of quality materials and would fit exactly as we wanted them - something we couldn't find in the usual high street furniture shops. We ordered a computer desk, TV unit and a few side tables. We approached Matthew with a few basic ideas and he was able to sketch out some good designs for us that we could tweak and discuss the finer details as well as receive advice on what would work best. He was very helpful providing us with samples of colours and fixtures explaining how various materials would last and change with age - he also advised on how costs could be kept more reasonable through careful choice of cheaper woods in some interior fittings where the overall look would not be compromised. He then made the units (quite quickly) at a good price and the quality is superb. I wouldn't hesitate to use Matthew again, all I really need is a suitable excuse.”

“We are the owners of the handbuilt painted kitchen. We absolutely love it and two years on it is still standing the test of time. Gary worked from us right from initial design through to installation. We had seen the style of kitchen in a brochure which Gary was happy to work with and had lots of suggestions for improvement. He showed great attention to detail with his measurements and design and came all the way down to Kent twice to look at the space and then again for installation and fine tuning. His passion is furniture making as you can see from our beautiful "larder cupboard" which Gary was very excited to make and we were very excited to be able to include in our kitchen!! Gary also made some cabinets for our walk in pantry and our utility room, all in keeping with the kitchen style. All in all a beautiful handmade kitchen for an extremely affordable price. I would highly recommend Gary.”

“We had our house completely demolished and rebuilt and we needed someone to come in and advise us on what we needed to make the house 'future proof' with regards to getting wifi everywhere, centralising all our media things such as virgin boxes, DVD player, Apple TV etc. we wanted equipment free rooms! ooo and music around the home, easy to use, Sonos was put in for us. We wanted a little more security so we had CCTV fitted as well. These guys were great right from the beginning, explaining things so we could understand, clear on what our options were and at the end supporting us making sure everything was just perfect. I have used them again on something else. Would not hesitate to recommend them.”

“Projects: kitchen including bespoke cupboards and extractor hood, utility room fit out, double front door including arched frame, fitted bathroom units, bathroom wall cabinet, wood inlay cutlery canteen box, restoration of stair banisters. Ted was excellent throughout the design, make and installation of the projects we have used his services for. He listened to our requirements and our design ideas and his workmanship has been really great. We were able to work with Ted to change designs and materials to control costs where necessary. Teds skills have added a level of finesse to the finish of our house refurbishment project that could not have been achieved without his input. We are delighted.”
