“My wife and I asked Tom Maxwell to replace a built-in wardrobe and include a bookcase to the side of it as an integral feature. From our first meeting with him we were most impressed by his interest, enthusiasm, knowledge and advice. With his help we arrived at an initial design and then he suggested we consider that and review it at leisure. He provided us with detailed drawings with the full specifications and a price. After consideration we changed some particulars and discussed them with him and he provided revised drawings. We visited him at his workshop so that we could examine and handle the woods that we were thinking of having used for our project and Tom gave us a very full briefing on their nature and qualities. We discussed finishes and he told us what he thought would best suit our needs as we had outlined them to him. He was also very helpful in advising us on handles, fitments etc and it was a delight to work with him and share in his enthusiasm for what he did. After we had confirmed the final design he gave us a definitive price and a timescale. His execution of the project was first class. The old wardrobe was removed and the new one and its accompanying bookcase were installed with a minimum of fuss and disruption and we are absolutely delighted with the result and feel proud to own such a lovely and unique piece of furniture. We look forward with pleasurable anticipation to working again with Tom and have already made a proposal to him to tackle a very difficult and complicated piece of cabinet making. We would recommend Tom and his colleague without reservation.”

“Very impressed with Inter Ceramica. Joseph worked very closely with us on the design of our new kitchen, which went through several amendments and delays, all of which he handled with great calm, patience and perseverance! The software he used enabled us to see almost exactly what the kitchen would look like, allowing us to ensure that we had sufficient space and the right colours. Due to construction delays, we had to delay the installation of the kitchen but again, that was not a problem for Joseph and he also liaised well with our builders, to ensure that the final project was a success. We also used Inter Ceramica for our floor tiles through the ground floor and found their range of options to be extensive and of high quality.”

“I rang the company to enquire about a glass panel for my kitchen wall. Sharon in the office was very helpful and friendly. We went ahead and the two guys who came to measure and fit the panel. “I contacted Heather to put together a quotation for a kitchen in a small renovation we were doing. Heather came out to site straight away and provided us with a comprehensive quote within a few days. We made a few changes to the original layout plans and these were amended quickly with no hassle. Once we were happy with the changes we ordered our kitchen and it arrived within the week. To make it even easier Heather even recommended suitable fitter to install t all for us.
