“We hired blue haven to transform our backyard. Jayme was our designer. We were extremely lucky to have him on the job. He was funny, friendly and knew his stuff! He has become a friend of ours and we sing his praises to everyone who wants a pool or needs anything done in their backyard. If we had a question during the process Jayme always responded. And if he didn't know the answer, he would find out for us and get back to us. I wouldn't use any other designer! He's awesome and his work is beautiful!”

He and his crews were timely, addressed any problems or concerns rapidly and completely to our satisfaction. “We worked with Reid to design our new "backyard oasis". We didn't have what I would consider a lot of room to do what I ultimately wanted, but that didn't stop Reid at all as he immediately went to work to listen to what we wanted and come up with a few options to work from. We are now half way through our project and I believe the design is as good as it could ever get thanks to his help. I found Reid both personable and professional and would recommend him.”

“Grand View Windows and Gary Rollins over several years and on multiple occasions has replaced at least 18 windows in our home, due to obsolescence or to hail damage, with Jeld-Wen Custom aluminum clad wood casement windows. From the start, we were impressed with Gary Rollins' knowledge, experience, and attitude. Replacing windows is a complex project and you want someone who knows what they are doing, will stand behind their product and installation, and is good to work with. Gary and Grand View met all of these requirements for us. Gary was able to explain clearly our choices, do the measurements accurately, and present us with a proposal that fulfilled our needs in all respects - - interior and exterior appearances, excellent quality, affordable/competitive cost, and very good installations. With replacement windows things can go wrong, even with the best effort. Whenever there was a problem with a window ordered through Gary, or even a problem on a Jeld-Wen window installed earlier by a different company, Gary has stepped up, helped us make a warranty claim or an insurance claim, and then has seen it through installation. We have been very pleased with our windows and with our working experience with Grand View and with Gary Rollins!”
