“Konstantin built an incredible deck for us. Very complicated and intricate with a hot tub platform 16 feet above ground. Many other contractors looked at the plans and the very difficult site and walked away or gave prices that were so high they were laughable. Not Konstantin. He was calm, professional and built a magnificent deck for us, on time and on budget. He is a true professional who builds a product that both he and the customer can be proud of. We have used him for several other projects, both with the same spectacular results. In addition we have recommended him to some of our friends and they have all received the same results. “I spent several months researching the right business to work with on the complete remodel of my kitchen. Once I found Kristin and Jason at Cape Home Kitchen and Bath I knew I had found the right people. Their knowledge of the industry and attention to detail are unmatched. They took the time to understand exactly what I wanted and then put together an extremely detailed plan. “The work itself is of the highest quality. We’ve had many craftsmen working on our house; Zac is among the best. Our historic home requires of its craftsmen lots of skill, depth, and problem-solving; Zac was just great. We loved having him on site. Zac fabricated and delivered all our cabinetry with a quick turnaround time. He installed one kitchen and built and installed all the units for another kitchen, as well as a large bedroom cabinet (a whole wall of of cabinets) and laundry. He is efficient. Zac works continuously. He responded Immediately to my many texts and emails and phone calls. I never had to wait on him. He was also realistic about start and end dates, and he maintained his schedule. That is to say, he exceeds the norm for being organized and professional; he will not “say what you want to hear.” You can count on him, both as a craftsman and a businessman.”

“We had installed a set of automated shades in the living room. They work perfectly, and the salesman was extremely nice, helpful and accommodating. The whole thing was entirely no hassle. We initially considered putting up extra shades so windows on three sides of the living room would be covered, but as they are expensive, we opted in the end to only do the glass doors and 4 windows facing south. As it turned out, an error was made in ordering and shades for the two side windows arrived with the others. They found their own mistake, and installed the extra shades at no cost to us. The first we heard of this was when they arrived and put them up for free. Clearly a very honest and reputable company, and we have no hesitation in recommending them.”
