Their most recent job for us was a highly detailed oak dining room/library which was superbly executed by Nick, and wildly exceeded our client's expectations. We count ourselves very lucky to be able to be able to have our most difficult designs made real by this extraordinary craft company.”

    “We engaged Neptune to build us a 9x4m family swimming pool based on recommendations from friends who had used Neptune to build their pools. In fact, Neptune was the only pool builder who was recommended to us; every person who had put in a (non-Neptune) pool said they would never recommend their pool builder to anyone! The advice, helpfulness and service we received throughout the process from Neptune (and Dean Jones in particular) was simply outstanding. The build started promptly when they said it would start and proceeded smoothly throughout construction. All the tradesmen were punctual, professional and a pleasure to deal with. There were no contract variations and Neptune's original quote was the final price which we paid. We are extremely happy with the final product and would not hesitate to recommend Neptune to anyone considering putting in a pool.”

His workmanship will be second to non, his service will be personal and professional but best of all you will have the product you want at the end. Whilst having an idea of what I wanted Kirsten assisted by obtaining all the items such as tiles, stone for vanity, taps etc and bringing them to me to select. She worked with my needs and really listened to what I liked and wanted. It was so simple. The work completed by Paul I am extremely happy with and the finish was excellent.
