They take as much time as you need to pick just the right fixture, discovering your specific needs and style before selecting the catalogs and in-store items for you to review. To give you an example of their exceptional customer service, we had a problem with backordered bathroom mirrors and our contractor needing to install studs before they arrived. Sharon had the display model pulled down and told us to use it until our ordered mirrors arrived. Contractor was happy and so were we!”
