“Ross Howard Designs offers great selection in a conveniently located showroom in north Dallas. Service and quick turnaround plus excellent follow up and service after the sale. We purchased Hunter Douglas products from Ross Howard Designs. We had a small glitch with one of the controls on one of the shades but they sent someone out promptly to remedy the situation. I would definitely recommend and use this company again!”

“I hired Joe Bealke of JB Woodworking to remodel my kitchen. He worked with me on choosing the right wood & stain color and layout. After doing measurements and taking pictures, he built all cabinets in his workshop. As the install progressed I was amazed at how each cabinet fit so perfectly. I now have beautiful cherrywood cabinets with crown molding. The wood surround for refrigerator has wonderful detail. Another favorite feature is a custom built wainscot on a half wall. The dishwasher, microwave and countertop installations all went seamlessly due to his accuracy. Joe also installed travertine tiles on the diagonal for the backsplash and built-in a spot for TV. The other professionals who worked with us (plumber, electrician and window coverings) all commented on the fine workmanship. I get so many compliments on the details and precise fit of his work. I would recommend JB Woodworking for any type of woodworking project, including tables.”

“Being new to this market I had to start from scratch to find a pool builder. I interviewed multiple companies and looked at their work in the area. What I noticed was a commonality in pool shapes and finishes. In other words, they looked very similar. This was not what I wanted. Interviewed Emerald Pools and found them to be very creative in the design process. They provided a comprehensive scaled rendering that contained all elements. Throughout the building phase, this company was extremely professional, responsive meeting all timelines. The Owner was involved in the process from beginning to end. The finished product is a truly unique pool and deck design featuring custom stonework that I have not seen in this market. Highly recommend Emerald Pools.”

“Hillman Outdoor Living was contracted to do all flagstone decking, pool rock and remodel, fence construction, 2 arbors and retaining walls on a house I bought in RCCE. They completed this project in 3 different phases taking approximately 9 months from start to finish. Dustin was my contact and he did a great job of keeping me up to date on any delays, the permitting process and creating a timeline for the projects. This was an extensive remodel and I am glad I chose to work with this company. I had a few problems with the fence and pool after the job was done, but they came out and fixed all the problems without any payment due. Thanks for a great job!”

Matthew is professional and takes the time to listen so that you get exactly what you want, while giving tips and ideas at the same time. “Town Center Floors installed ceramic tile flooring and regrouted tub surrounds in two bathrooms. The following year we worked with them again for a complete renovation of our master bath. This project included new travertine/ceramic walls, his & hers shower heads with body jets, and a heated floor. We are currently working with them again to replace a vanity with a granite slab and undermount sinks. During each project, TCF worked with us on design to get the exact look we wanted at a budget that we could live with. Their craftsmen take pride in their work, and it shows in the results. Project timelines are always very well managed, and their flexibility in accommodating our schedule is almost unheard of. I have since referred four friends to TCF (one for wood floors, one for a slate kitchen backsplash, and two for floor repairs after foundation leaks), and all were very pleased. This speaks to the consistent excellent service they provide.”
