Before I bought some internal crittall style internal doors for a project of 2 houses from Insteel, I went to look at quality and build, especially the welding of each unit's finish and powder coating. I was impressed by the quality of the product, so placed the order. The order was delivered on time and installed professionally by the Insteel team. “Cameron's team at London Alcove fitted built-in cupboards either side of the chimney breast in our living room. Not only were they a delight to work with, but the units have transformed the room. They gave me excellent guidance as to what sort of colour and style would work best (the opposite of what I had in mind), and the job was finished to a high standard with impressive attention to detail. If they noticed something wasn't quite right, that I couldn't even see, they took it back to the workshop and replaced it. Although this added a couple of weeks to the project it was no inconvenience and I knew it meant I was getting the best product. There were no hidden expenses and the team were very reliable, pleasant and never left a mess. I would use them again without a doubt.”
