“Look, I complain when the server brings me well-done when I ordered medium rare. So once in a while, just to harmonize myself with the universe, I offer praise. Actually, I sometimes go out of my way to ask a customer service call center representative to transfer my call to his/her supervisor, just to register my delight at having a real conversation with a genuine person, equipped with a genuine personality. no script, no false posturing, no nonsense. Sheer delight! I'm convinced poor customer service is a grave threat to national security. Now to the accusations. Kidding. I can't adequately express the level of satisfaction Jim and his staff have brought to us. Every request, every project, every detail is given their sincere, focused attention and carried out in a warm, professional manner. Hard work and attention to detail is what MVP brings to the table, every single time. They know that a happy customer is their best form of marketing. I guess I'm living proof.”

“I had a wonderful time working with Kelly Jenkins at Thurston Kitchen and Bath. I love her ideas and her gentleness with us to encourage us to see the big picture was perfect! I was grateful for her strong hand when it came to installation, to insure everything was installed as it was designed and planned, this was a difficult task but she tackled it with grace. Our cabinets arrived in a timely manner and the few door issues (some warpage) were replaced quickly. I was concerned with the price of our kitchen remodel but Kelly was able to keep our cabinet price below the local Lowe's store quote! Everything was completed in the timeline we had expected. I can't wait for my next project so I can work with Kelly again!”
