“Jan specializes in kitchen design. We used her to design the cabinets in our new home's kitchen and baths, and she also helped us to choose colors, tiles and other finishes. She does a lot of Mediterranean design in this area but our house is modern, and she easily adapted, got our taste, and had loads of suggestions, steering us the right way when we got off track. I would definitely use her again for any design project.”

They are professional in every respect and we have actually used them 3 times (once personally and twice professionally as my husband is an architect.) “Rich, the company's owner did several repairs in our home including repairing the closet's sliding doors which were off the tracks. They work perfectly,now. He also did some painting. He is very neat and keeps the work area clean and organized. He put in a tile floor and baseboards for us in the bath. The work was flawless. I would definitely recommend him to friends and plan to have him work on other projects for us.”

“We are building our new home which is 8000 sq ft. We bought all our light fixtures, all the plumbing fixtures and kitchen appliances from Ferguson in Memphis TN. They are very professional and thorough in their business dealing. If there was any change of order or price, they dealt with it professionally. The prices were great as well! At first we were under the impression that Ferguson was an expensive store , but it completely changed once they price matched everything. Overall we would give them an A+.”

“Monarch's team of professionals were wonderful to work with. I had a large project, replacing all windows and doors with a tight time schedule (Loewen brand). It is a vacation home so most of the work was done when I was not on site but I completely trusted them in my house without me. They were patient with my hundreds of questions and numerous requests for samples, and made sure that I understood what I was ordering. Their installation team is top notch. They had a positive attitude no matter what surprise or problem came their way and were thoughtful about not damaging my garden (which is almost impossible to do). They left the site very clean. I can't rave enough about them. When we had an issue, the President of the company came out to talk with me. They quickly came up with a solution. This was not my first building project and have worked with folks that aren't nearly as good as Team Monarch. If you work with Monarch Window, you will sleep well at night. I would hire them again FOR SURE.”
