“Greenbelt Design Elements (GDE) was engaged to design a landscape for our new home in Sun City Texas. Design features requested were plant materials, hardscape elements, Belgard pavers for the 800+ square foot patio, two water features and various stone varieties for ground covers throughout the project. Jason Skaggs met with us at our home and listened to our wishes and wants. During our initial meeting Jason offered guidance and options as we jointly developed a concept. Our concept was unique to the area as we wanted a more contemporary focus to our xeriscape. The final design was presented and incorporated not only our initial wants list but numerous enhancements to the initial concept. Our project is now complete and we are amazed at the transformation. All of our expectations were easily exceeded. GDE is clearly a very competent design firm that is quite capable of creating a design that meets even the most complicated/unique elements. We highly recommend Jason Scaggs and his firm Greenbelt Design Elements.”

“We had a deck (16x10} and a Pergola (12x12) constructed in our backyard. We contacted them because they were building a deck and pergola for neighbors. Jose and crew completed the job in about 4 days. Construction was top notch. We love it. The ATX team were considerate, professional and a pleasure to work with. “We used JLM Design + Build for a complete home remodel. There focus to detail and also willingness to work with us during the process was amazing. We replaced all the flooring in our home and remodeled a bathroom, kitchen and a bedroom expansion. I grateful for all the help they offered in moving furniture and last minute ideas like moving our water heater to a whole new area of our house.
