He also replaced deteriorated mortar on the front walk, and set post support brackets for a railing. His price was very reasonable for the work and expertise involved. Bruce came out himself to measure and finalize the drawing for the H.O.A. When the H.O.A. required the fence sketch to be re-done on a new boundary survey, Bruce re-did the drawing with a smile and a great attitude. Finally, our home in Severna Park just settled in July.
