They also put forward ideas for us to consider as the project evolved and offered alternatives that complimented the overall project. “Mr Pedro recently repaired my gutters and down spouts. He did a great job. He even dug a trench and routed the water from the down spouts into the street. The price was very reasonable and the work was down well and in a timely manner. I would highly recommend Peter's Construction to anyone who wants a job done well. J. Wyche”

“A few weeks ago a periodic leak in our living room from the roof became consistent. Every time it rained, water came in and was damaging our wood floor. Within a few days, Scott and Ballantine Home Improvement had inspected my house, provided a very reasonable quote, and fixed our roof. We were so happy with the new flashing, we hired Ballantine to install gutter guards too. Of course, they were able to schedule the install for the gutter guards within a week too. I cannot recommend Ballantine Home Improvement enough. They are consummate professionals, whose work is top notch, with surprisingly reasonable prices.”

“Victor replaced my roof, which required ripping off 3 layers of shingles and doing the roof over. He was incredibly accomidating and very reasonably priced. The team also put in a ridge vent as part of the price due to me not having an attic fan. I wouldn't recommend ANY ONE ELSE! Looks like my neighbor will be getting his roof replaced by Nivelo too.”

“After two bad roofing jobs and many leaks, we were determined to get it right this time. We found Lester Waxman of Classic Remodeling via GAF's online list of master elite certified roofers. He was one of three contractors we interviewed from that source. Of the group, only Lester offered the perfect combo of attractive pricing and patient, expert guidance. For many years, we had wanted to highlight the prominent roof of our Arts and Crafts bungalow with a more distinctive shingle --- something other than the standard tab --- but didn't think we could afford the upgrade. Lester directed our attention to GAF's Camelot II line --- which gave us the desired look at a price we could live with. This was not the easiest roof to install: it required measuring and careful cutting. Even so, all went smoothly and efficiently, with care taken to protect our house and landscaping, and to clean up thoroughly afterwards. When one of our gutters sustained a visible dent from a leaning ladder, Lester promptly sent his gutter man out to make the repair --- at no cost to us and good as new. We love, love, love our handsome new roof and are confident it will perform well over the long haul. Thanks so much, Lester, for your advice, expertise, and customer care.”

“They did a fantastic job. He did both a drywall repair and painting. The results were great. They matched the texture and paint perfectly. He even painted an additional wall at no extra charge. They worked with our schedule, showed up on time and got the job done in the amount of time he had told us. I would definitely recommend him and I am sure I will use him again. Great work!”

“We had some leaks and ice dams. Hidalgo Bros came and explained what was happening, showed photos of current roof issues, and offered choices of repair/replace. My wife and I went with replace. Anthony and his crew were able to start a day earlier than we had agreed, and got the job done quickly. They took care of everything, and when they were gone it was (almost) like they were never here, except we have a brand new roof that doesn't leak. Nice job. Responsive, friendly, courteous, fair, clear communication. I definitely recommend.”
