I had searched high and low and had a vision for what I wanted, and had come to terms with the fact that it probably wasn't out there. Boy was I wrong! Cheryl used her wallpaper-finding spidey-senses and located many wallpapers that were closer to what I was looking for than anything I had found, including one that was just PERFECT!! She then measured, determined how much I needed, ordered and installed it with so little effort on my part, and for a very reasonable price! I would recommend Cheryl to anyone!”

We were notified with the start date and the color selections were verified. They were on-site earlier than originally planned and the job they did was excellent. Our ugly, yellowish color brick house (which I've hated for the 32 yrs. we've lived there) was transformed into the best looking house on the block! I couldn't believe I was at the right address, it looked so good! We did make an error on the shutter color, and they were back to re-do them quite quickly. “Wow, I'm not only blown away by their beautiful and easy-to-apply products, I'm blown away by their customer service. I'm a college student just moving into my first apartment and my roommate and I thought, "What better way to make this place feel like home than to wallpaper it? Add some life to the place?" Low and behold, we're not allowed to paint or permanently wall paper our apartment so Swagpaper was the perfect solution to our problem. We ordered two strips of their wallpaper immediately upon seeing it (we should've measured our wall first, but you know, these are things you learn). Upon telling my parents about how we'd ordered wall paper, they asked if we had measured before which we had not ant then immediately did. The two pieces of wall paper would be too small to cover the area we'd wanted covered. I got on the phone with Swagpaper customer service, was almost immediately connected to a representative (a real live person representative) who could not have been nicer. I told him what'd happened and he told me that luckily the order hadn't gone out yet so, much to my relief, they could easily amend it to be two larger pieces of wall paper. This was not the only flub on my behalf that Swagpaper handled with grace: I also flubbed in writing my new address. The order was shipped to us very quickly after processing and should've arrived only two days later but it never showed. I checked the tracking code they sent us and saw that it had been shipped back to the sender because I'd miswritten a number in my address. I e-mailed Swagpaper this time asking if they'd be able to resend the paper to my now corrected address and again they said of course and kindly obliged this bumbling college student. Once we received our paper, we were so pleased. It's beautiful and really adds to the entire aura and comfort of the room. I couldn't recommend this company more highly.”
