“I dreamed of a beautiful mountain retreat in my backyard for years. Environmental Design helped my dream come true and more. I now have a incredible flag stone sitting area surrounded by boulders, timber and trees. The elevated berms give my yard demension. The trees and shrubs give me the privacy I wanted. The are professional, and honest. They didn't leave until it was just the way I wanted it. Love them.”

“Designs by Sundown completed a front yard landscaping project at our residence a couple of years ago. Now that the plants have grown and matured, we can easily see how well this landscaping work has added significant value to our property. Designs by Sundown staff were great to work with and did a highly professional job. We could not be more pleased with the work and the results. “Elite Landscaping Design completed a major project for us worth over $110,000. They finished the job within 30 days and were always on time early in the morning and stayed until it got dark with a full load of employees. They created an amazing backyard experience full with waterfall, deck, fire pit, fencing, trees, and lifestyle for us. The front yard was also totally redone with a brand-new paver driveway, landscaping, water feature and stone pathway. Working with Peter and his team was like working with family. They care they listen and they're understanding with the decision-making process. I don't trust anybody else with landscaping except these guys. I went through three other landscaping companies before I decided to go with an all-in-one comprehensive company like Elite. You won't go wrong and you'll be really happy you chose this company”

“We had a very outdated and environmentally unfriendly landscape around the 3acre site of our 1980s southwest run style berm home. Concrete with a very formal ugly brick pattern in front of our south-facing solar energy source, and asphalt paving (UGH!) everywhere else. It made the house hot in summer and ugly. The house also needed an entrance, as there was not an obvious one. Peter Chivers and his crew put together a plan with us to start to " remediate" the site. Peter's taste and ours I think really fit. He designed a fabulous new southwestern entry, even scrounged around and found a very cool old hand hewn beam for the header. There's more work to be done with plants and the landscape, and we'll be working with them again next year. You should know that Peter is a perfectionist and as with the really good people, sometimes things take longer than you think. We didn't push, but if we had I think it would probably be ready for pictures. We'll put some up as soon as we can!”

“We're original owners of a "semi-custom" home built in the early 90's. For nearly 20 years we had a cookie-cutter front yard -- bluegrass, one tree, builder front porch. In 2012 -- the hottest summer on record for the Denver area -- we decided to break the mold in the neighborhood and xeriscape the yard. Phil and Designscapes came highly recommended and we now see why. Our yard is no longer cookie-cutter or boring in any way! New driveway, redesigned front porch that is safer and easier to navigate, xeriscape groundcovers that are more beautiful than bluegrass now provide a lovely welcoming entrance to our home. We've added a water feature and seating this summer, along with pots full of flowering annuals. As expected, we had a few plants that didn't make it through the winter, but they were promptly replaced under Designscapes' warranty this summer. I can't recommend a company more highly. I'm sure they aren't the least expensive. I am sure they produced the highest value for our money and I can't wait to do the back yard!”
