“Our project was to develop a medium-sized garden, four miles from the Sussex coast, which faces south-west and suffers strong winds, lethal for many plant species, Barry Chambers of Changing Scenes, of Bognor Regis, successfully designed a colourful garden of raised flower beds, mature trees, large shrubs, a vegetable and sitting area and a stone beach with seaside plants, creating a frame for views across fields and glorious sunsets. The work was put out to tender to about five firms, with husband and wife team Keymer Landscapes, of Barnham, Bognor Regis, who I would also recommend, selected. Barry Chambers' knowledge of plants, and their survival in these conditions, is excellent, as is his ability to explain his choices without pretension. The construction and gardening was hands-on supervised by Barry who regularly returns, post-project, to add plants and check the progress of the garden and its maintenance. “Connor managed the team who constructed one of my Japanese garden designs near Ringwood, Dorset. Once we had agreed the hard landscaping materials he clearly laid out his plan for the construction and throughout the project kept me informed of any changes to the plan. He carefully went through my design with me at key points and this resulted in an accurate representation of my design. Whenever there were queries or unexpected issues he checked with me before instructing his team on how to proceed. He developed a good working relationship with both me and the client and was easily contactable to discuss progress and arrange onsite visits to check on the construction. The client was extremely pleased with the finished garden and I look forward to working with him in the future.”

“Over a 5-year period this firm has accomplished three significant projects for us on a challenging site. These have included a forked and sloping driveway, land drainage, stone and brickwork, architectural and functional carpentry, decking, earth-moving and lawn-laying.We have been impressed by their good management and communications, skilled craftsmen and their sound knowledge of materials. “We would not hesitate to recommend TyConUK. We had several companies round to quote for a block drive way, rear patio, path, fencing and other landscaping. Tyler's quote was very competitive but the reason we chose him was because we liked him. We had seen before and after pictures of his work and were impressed by what we saw. Tyler kept us updated at all times, he advised on design and materials and what would work best. The works were completed within the costs estimate provided at the outset. The team of workers were lovely and a pleasure to have around. They kept the site tidy each day. They were professional, polite and friendly. We are delighted with the end result. “C.A.R. Gardens designed, and built, me a contemporary town garden. Features included bespoke paving, raised planting areas, high-quality lighting scheme, one-off water feature design, audio and privacy considerations. To say the transformation process was a pleasure would be an understatement. Craig and his team were a dream to work with. I still walk into my garden two years on and think "wow"! I never imagined such a relatively small garden could have so much variety. C.A.R. Gardens are a quality outfit who I can recommend without hesitation.”

“Amy has done designs for three areas of our garden. The brief was low maintenance, harmoniuos colours (with what was already in the garden) and scented plants where possible. She met the brief perfectly (including the agreed budget), overseeing the construction of an exquisite patio with a small summer house and a rippling fountain, surrounded by scented plants which start in early Spring and are still going strong in late Autumn. Subsequently Amy has helped to maintain her designs making the whole thing virtually hassle free for us. We just get to enjoy the fruits of her skill and professionalism.”
