“We are extremely happy with our Patio, Spa and Fire Pit project done by Brandon, Alex, Jake and the entire Lawn Guru crew. The ideas for our backyard were taken into account and made better than we could have ever imagined. The finished product exceeded our greatest expectations. They were very up front about all costs, and pulled out all the stops to make sure we met our deadline. When pre-existing problems in our lot became evident they brought in appropriate experts to make sure the issue was taken care of. They wanted to make sure it was done right the first time, and that we wouldn't have any issues 10, 20 years down the line. Every detail was thought of and the attention to detail these guys have is amazing. We would highly recommend the Lawn Guru team for any project!”

“We would like to highly recommend Serge van der Voo Landscapes! We hired Serge and his team to do a completely new landscape and hardscape at our historic home on Ann Arbor's Old West Side. The work was extensive and Serge was very flexible in agreeing to break it into three phases to be accomplished over two years. The plan he developed was beautiful. He first listened to our likes and dislikes and got to know us. He spent a lot of time at the house and around the neighborhood. The plan he developed was meant to represent the era of the home, this was reflected in the selection of plantings and the overall design. The crews that Serge employed were prompt and courteous and cleaned up each night. Serge went out of his way to update us as the work progressed and to educate us about the care of each planting. Once the work was completed Serge continued to come back and check on things. If there were plantings that did not work as planned Serge explained our options and helped from there. “Steven and Thoms Bros. was intuitive, functional, prepared with great layouts, and ready to serve! We enjoyed all the help in design and prospectus as well as the ability and insight to do on-project damage control procuring stonework. A special company with a twist on conventional design to go beyond to the WOW factor! Worked with us to achieve a design on a budget! “The team removed some older stone gardens, refurbished the brick work and matched new bricks to fill in the areas left. They then designed a fireplace and bar area within our budget and installed it. All work was done in 9 days. The staff and crew were excellent. They did a great cleanup every day even carefully replacing the fence so our dogs could use the yard each nite. When finished they reseeded and repaired damaged grass areas. We couldn't recommend them more and will look to them for future projects.”

“Antonelli completed both backyard and front yard landscaping. It included a retaining wall with concrete tile pavers around our pool in the backyard, a paver walkway from the driveway to the backyard, a new front entrance paver patio, new landscaping pavers outlining the front of our home, landscaping stones, and planting of trees along both side yards as well. Jim was extremely friendly, helpful, and accommodating. His workers were consistently on time and respectful of our property and our neighbors property. Their skillmanship showed through in their work. Any concerns or questions we had, Jim was always able to answer them in a timely manner. I would highly recommend his work to others. It has transformed our home and our backyard into something we never imagined could be possible. His motto is "outdoor impressions" and he truly delivered that.”

“Our designer (Mr. Rudert) really listened to our needs and came up with a design that was perfect. Basically, our backyard was a steep hill with a bunch of brush at the back. We also had drainage problems and a big tree growing into a water pipe. The team of workers were excellent and really seemed to care about getting things right, down to the smallest details. Our hydroseed got partially washed away after a torrential downpour. Although "acts of God" were not covered, they still came out and patched the yard. Now we have a backyard that is functional and beautiful. Our family loves the new space and would use Todd's again.”

“Teddy's lawn and landscape completed a back patio and added some landscaping out front. He also dealt with some drainage issues we battled with since we moved in a year prior. Our patio looks gorgeous, many neighbors have complimented the workmanship. Exceeded our expectations and was exactly what we ordered. Our front bed also came out looking great! We did have some frost damage but Brent came out and gave us some tips for care and they look like they will survive (they were expensive bushes). Last minute I asked him to look at what he could do for excessive water drainage issues, and it was completed within a day for a very small fee (and works like a charm).”

“We love working with D.A, Alexander ! We weren’t sure about what exactly we wanted, and they absolutely exceeded our expectations! Our yard is gorgeous and easy to maintain. The staff is professional, timely, and knowledgeable. Also, their reminders involving irrigation and season maintenance are very helpful ! Would highly recommend !”
