“Hire them. Seriously. My husband is an engineer and it goes without saying, very detail oriented. Very. Our project was large and presented a lot of challenges but Tom and his team were on it. They paid attention to details and didn't cut corners. Workers came with a clear plan each day, showed up on time and worked hard. Tom and/or his project managers were on site every day, explaining what they were doing, what challenges they saw and what changes needed to be made (and believe me, that engineer husband of mine appreciated it). Above all, they are fair, kind, accommodating, responsive and very easy to work with. We've worked with many contractors and would have them back in a heartbeat.”

“We have used Revolution Landscape for 3 projects over the last 5 years (a steep hillside; removal of grass and installation of a pond and raised garden beds and shaded deck/arbor in back yard; and turf removal/water-wise redesign of front yard). We also use them for regular landscape maintenance. We never spent much time out in or had much interest in the landscaping of our small suburban yard until Revolution inspired us. We now thoroughly enjoy our many fruit trees, our fresh garden vegetables, and relaxing on our side deck listening to the little waterfall and enjoying a glass of wine. They are attentive, listen well to budget concerns, and give really educated advice on plant selection in addition to being realistic about schedules and project completion. The crew is professional, friendly, and responsive.”

“I hired and her team to update the exterior of our house some construction on my home. Including landscaping and new containers for the plants. I was extremely pleased with the completed work. Patty delivered exactly what she said her team would do. It was completed on time and her time were professional and left the job site spotless at the end of everyday of work.”

“The project was to supply landscaping for the area around a new pool. Torrey Pines (TPLC) was suggested by the pool contractor after an earlier recommended Landscaper proved too inflexible. TPLC provided a plan and was happy to make adjustment to meet our requirements. They were a joy to work with and worked well with the pool company as well. The results were so pleasing that I hired them to redo most of the rest of my landscaping which they did equally well. They provide a high quality service and charge accordingly, but, I believe, fairly,”

“Michael Maister and his team are professional and punctual. However the most important quality for us was the fact that he and his team communicate effectively with one another, so no time is wasted, no one is off task, and everyone is clear about their role in seeing the project to successful completion. Maister Landscaping has collaborated with us on several projects, and no matter if it is sizable in scope or rather simple and elegant, the attention paid to the project and the client is always the same. It is excellent. Michael and his team are good listeners and value understanding your vision of what you want to have accomplished, however they too have some excellent suggestions of ideas we didn't even think of doing, and those that they incorporated turned out fantastic. Bottom line, you will find yourself recommending them to your friends as well. You won't be disappointed.”

“Paradise Designs just completed my backyard remodel. I could not be happier! Our designer, Paul Daniels, listened carefully to our needs and came up with a plan that kept costs down and reused plants and pavers already on site. We had a tight budget but the finished result feels luxurious to me. I was very impressed at how easy Paul and his crew made the whole process. He was there often to oversee the project and his crew was polite and worked very quickly. They installed an automatic watering system, built a retaining wall and steps, created a combination paver/gravel patio and planted a wide variety of succulents and other low-water plants. It is beautiful and easy to take care of. We got a lot of bids but Paul's design was by far the best and I could tell in the interview process that he was a very knowledgeable professional. I am so thrilled with my new backyard. A friend who is a real estate agent asked how much we spent--when I told him, he said that we had just added twice that price to the value of our home. Better quality of life and increased home value? You just can't ask for more.”
