“Gil and his crew are top notch. Honest and hard working are key Ingredients. Stein construction has both. We had fieldstone walls constructed, bluestone steps and landing installed. Cleanup and modifications of existing Brickwork which all came out great. We look forward to working again with Gil in the spring! KK”

“Mrs. Anjali had created a unique design for our front yard. She worked diligently with us every step of this project because we did not know what we want, what would be appropriate for our climate zone and our particular location. She was very patient, understanding and kind. We appreciated that! She explained thoroughly the ins and outs of this project. We were particularly impressed with her knowlege of plants and flowers, it was fun to work with her. Our front yard has been outgrowing and was not taken care of for years. Mrs. Anjali turned it into a beautiful shrubs and flower bed. She took out some old bushes and trees, kept our favorite Japanese maple (which one couldn't even see) and incorporated it into her design. And we loved the choice of shrubs and flowers she made! One more thing to add --- she managed to stay on budget! She is a very resourceful designer.”

“We hired Jackie to make a very ugly back yard into a space we would love and she did. She used her expertise to tackle a project with multiple grading and structural issues. Besides having strong creative talents, she also is extremely flexible and accomodating to work with, making changes as needed and being sensitive to the clients concerns (financial and otherwise) while always keeping an eye towards the integrity of her project. She develops very detailed plans , picks contractors that she respects and follows the project through to completion remaining dedicated to the needs of her clients even in areas that should/might be the contractors. We are thrilled with our new living space and highly recommend Jacalyn Gould as a Landscape Architect.”

“Laura and her Cultivar team did an outstanding job for us as we did a full outdoor renovation: new plants and beds, trees, replaced the lawn, added an irrigation and drainage system, patio and pergola install, deck work, stone walls and paths and outdoor lighting. We are thrilled with the results and continue to work with Cultivar for maintenance. Laura knows her stuff and is very approachable and easy to work with. She listens to what you want but also offers ideas and suggestions that are spot on. I HIGHLY recommend Cultivar for any outdoor projects you are considering.”

“I have been a customer of Hillside & Marc for many years. His work is nothing short of amazing! His ideas & designs are creative. He gets super busy but defiantly worth waiting for - you will not be disappointed. I get compliments all the time on my plantings, walkways and patio! “Nancy Lattanzio is a very talented landscape designer who is also a pleasure to work with. Nancy has worked diligently with us for over 5 years and has transformed our uninspired yard into a beautiful, functional outdoor space. She has also worked to turn an untamed, invasive-choked wooded area/wetland into what we now refer to as our "woodland" filled with native trees, shrubs, ferns and perennials and mulched pathways. Nancy's knowledge of horticulture is vast and she is an ace at selecting the best plants suited to our environment while being sensitive to our personal preferences. Her communication skills are excellent, she has a large network of sub-contractors, and has experience working effectively with town government. I look forward to working with Nancy on more home landscape projects!”
