“I am a general contractor and have worked with Manuel and his team for the past three years. Since our first encounter I immmediately knew he and his team were the type of fellow trademen I admire and respect. We share the same work ethic and commitment to excellence and don’t settle until both client and contractor are happy. Since our first meeting until today we have continuously referred each other and produced happy clients on separate home improvement fronts. They have even worked on my family member’s homes and afterwards I heard nothing but high praise for their excellent work. They are my go-to company when I think of anything that has to do with the outdoors. I have personally hired them to work on my own properties as I wouldn't trust anyone else to provide the level of quality and care that I expect. “Aitken & Associates considered all of the elements we wished to include in the landscape of our home, together with the grading plan of our lot, and came up with a design that could accommodate our wishes. We have been enjoying the result for 10 years now, with my only regret being the things I changed on my own from the written design plan as we were executing, thinking I had just come up with "better" idea. Wrong! They know what they're doing, and you can be sure its been thought all the way through. Everyone in the office was great to work with, returning phone calls and emails in a timely manner, and showing up for scheduled appointments on time. Our design plan was done when they said it would be, and we went straight to the City to get our permits. Which brings up another thing: Aitken & Associates was clearly familiar with our City ordinances because upon review by the City, there was nothing in our landscape design plan that we couldn't get permitted. We were very pleased with Aitken & Associates.”

“David did an exquisite job with my yard: it's an oasis and I spend as much time as I can outside taking it in. it's easy-maintenance, beautiful all seasons, and simply peaceful. The process was painless, and David listened carefully to what I wanted and "got" who I am. Moreover, he was mindful of my budget, and I never felt like I had to give up anything. Over the years I have contacted him with questions, and he has always been generous with his time and ideas. He is knowledgeable, talented, and creative. I LOVE LOVE LOVE his work!”

“Elaine and her hardworking crew did an incredible job transforming my front and back yard to beautiful places where I now wanted to spend more time there. Endowed with oriental background with years of working experience in the west, Elaine has a very unique and artistic eye that I can rarely find in other designs's. Infused with her great taste, my yard turned into a piece of art work. Elaine kept the process clear and stayed communicative and responsive throughout the project. Before the project started, she collected my preference and listened patiently to my requests, and also shared her ideas and visions to me. With a deep understanding of her client's requests and a rich professional knowledge , she soon turned our discussion to a solid proposal, followed by high-quality and efficient labor work monitored by herself. “Gun was a real pleasure to work with. She listened very carefully to our half-formed ideas, made sure she understood what we wanted and liked, as well as what we didn't want and didn't like. We are delighted with the results! She transformed our somewhat neglected front yard into a lovely low-water garden. She skillfully guided us through every step, from initial consultation, design, contractor selection, installation and plans for on-going maintenance. Any questions/issues were quickly resolved.
