“Majestic Builders/Robert Terry did a complete and total Remodel of my backyard including, New Pool, New Plumbing, High Tech Lighting and custom Water Feature, New Deck and Fire Pit, New Electrical, Beautiful Modern Patio Structure, Landscaping.. the works. We couldn't be happier with our new backyard. All of our guests tell us that it feels like they are in a resort. Robert and his company were professional, prompt, communicative and most importantly on time and on budget. We will continue to use this contractor as long as there are jobs to get done. I highly recommend them”

“I found Adam on a list of contractors for a drought tolerant landscaping project for my front and side yard. I interviewed several and they all provided me with a written quote however I chose Water-wise Landscaping. I wanted to be eligible for a city rebate also. His knowledge and familiarity with smart controllers installation and programming was a plus. I contracted with a landscape architect for the design and completion of the form to be given to the city to be eligible for the rebate. I chose Adam because his quote for service was thorough and easy to understand. He collaborated with the architect too. Adam was accurate in his time frame projections. He started the project on time as stated. Weather was a consideration. Communicating and confirming each step was clear. He also made sure he swept the drive way and sidewalk every day upon completion of that day's work. His completion of this project was on time per his estimated date. I was so happy with the outcome I then hired him to upgrade my back yard irrigation as well. Again his professionalism was spot on. I would recommend him to all.”

“Scott worked closely with us throughout the process from start to finish. He listened carefully to our desires, provided us with a detailed drawing, and kept to the plan and budget. He met us at a local nursery so we could see the plants he recommended based on what we wanted. He didn't hesitate to redo an area of the concrete that developed cracks, and returned more than once to repair minor flaws and replace plants that did not survive-always keeping a pleasant attitude and returning our calls promptly. The job looks professional and well worth our cost. Quality down to the finest detail.”

“Brio Landscaping is phenomenal. Scott has a great eye, he looks at what is existing, asks questions and build on a vision. We had him design our yard, we love what he did. I love that he heard what my favorite plants we in casual conversation, then added them into the design, along with everything else that he chose. His crew is amazing, polite, hard working and real gentlemen. I never heard a foul word, they were quiet and kind to my dogs. I will be using Brio Landscaping for every landscape need we have in the future.”

“Phil Gray did a complete redesign and relandscaping of our front and back yards. As we wanted to move to a drought tolerant landscape, Phil created a design and plan to achieve this. Phil and his professional crew removed all of our lawn and most shrubs and created a large back patio with gorgeous pavers and a small front courtyard with pavers and blocks and then filled in with drought tolerant and native plants. We are thrilled with the result.”

“I called Nathan for a consultation after seeing his work at another house on my street. We had killed our lawn to create a more drought-tolerant landscape, but didn't really know how to begin. Nathan discussed our options, given the ideas I had already collected. We wanted to keep the plants that were already there, and eliminate the lawn, as well as remake the walkway. We were given three options for recreating not only the planting and irrigation, but the hardscape. Nathan also recommended a couple of nearby landscapes that he had done previously, so we could get an idea of what the actual work would look like. I was looking for something like a cottage garden, with lots of flowers. Nathan and his crew did a fantastic job. The walkways are wonderful, and far more attractive than plain concrete. The plantings are lovely. Everything is just beginning to bloom, and the flowers are lovely. It will keep getting better as it fills in. The front yard is much lower-maintenance, and meets our goal of using less water, with drip irrigation replacing the sprinkler system.”
