“Over the past year, Eric and his team at Cornerstone Property completed 3 large-scale landscaping projects at our home which sits on 1.2 acres. These projects included removal of plants, groundcover & trees which were overgrown, diseased and unsightly. In addition, the existing landscaping had damaged the drainage, irrigation & landscape lighting. Eric worked with our HOA to ensure our project was compliant with the covenants. Eric had the expertise and crew to complete our projects from start to finish which included removal of vegetation, filling & leveling to proper grade, installing new drainage, irrigation & lighting. Following this work, new sod was installed, landscaping beds, trees, plants and mulch. The key to the success of these projects was Eric, the owner, being onsite to supervise and be available to us.
