“We contacted Richard to do some ceiling repair work after we had a pipe repaired in the ceiling. He sent one of his contractors to repair the hole in the ceiling and retexture the ceiling. The work was completed in a few days and the texture matched the existing texture so well you could not tell where the hole was. The price was very fair and the contractor was very professional and on time. We will be contacting Ricard to help us remodel our kitchen.”

“I never thought that everything my wife and I shared with Eric during the whole process would come to reality. Especially within budget! From the very first sit down to the final walk through he was right there with us. We had tons of questions and he answered every one of them. He showed us both how easy it is take a house with walls and floors and make it our very own home. The detail was amazing. Thank you especially for making it useable, not just ‘frills’.”

“We hired Vlada to renovate a 1070's bathroom with worn vanity and PINK tile in one of our single family rental houses. The agreement was for him to do all demolition and replace the flooring and walls. In addition, he was to convert a useless hall closet into a useful series of shelves in the new bathroom. The results were spectacular--so much so that we hired him to renovate a second bathroom and to enclose a window and reconstruct part of a wall in another rental house. We then asked him to "spruce up" a third bathroom in a third house and could not believe our eyes when we saw what he accomplished with only a bit of drywall compound, caulking, and paint! It was hard to believe it was the same bathroom. We fear we might working against our best interests in writing this review because we intend to hire Vlada for all future real estate improvements and hope he'll not become so busy he won't have time for all the work we have in our single family rental home business. We are NEW AGAIN HOMES with a BBB rating of A+ which means we can't afford to write exaggerated reviews that would damage our own reputation. you can trust our word when we say Vlada will be the "go to" person for us for so long as we have renovation projects to be done. Our own home will be the next venue on the list of projects for which we intend to hire Vlada. And by the way, he's an exceptionally nice person with quite reasonable rates! He's fast, which is extremely important in our business, and he's also 100% dependable. He comes up with creative solutions to "sticky" problems and turns eyesores into items of beauty! “I enjoyed working with Huges for a number of reasons. They took the time to look at the space, listen to my concerns and ideas, and then help refine them to address what my vision of the space could be. An example would be in remodeling the kitchen we did not have a dishwasher but with a review of the space we were able to add the dishwasher and include a new drawer unit as well. The workers also addressed some small details that were not even discussed originally - they made our mover the range microwave look built. They also corrected a problem with a new cabinet that was installed that backed up to an existing cabinet (you could see the back of the new cabinet and open space that caused an awkward drop. They looked at the problem and solved it without any problem, complaint, or extra cost. We were able to stay within our budget. The end result of the whole kitchen remodel gave us what we wanted and opened up a small kitchen. We liked them so well that they are going to be working on our next project – our bathroom. We are just wrapping up the details and are looking forward to a completely new bathroom.”
