“My husband and I recently moved back to Wichita to retire and wanted this new home to be just like we wanted. I had worked with Designers in the past and found them to be invaluable in creating just the right touch for a space. Vicki Flores certainly upheld that expectation and my husband and I simply adore our house and how it looks. Vicki helped us with almost every room in our home and I loved everything that she suggested and found for us. Vicki found us beautiful area rugs for our living, dining and foyer, each unique but ties beautifully together in our open concept living space. She also found us these fabulous honeycomb shades for all our windows that can adjust to any height and are weather resistant (keeps the warmth in winter and cold in summer). I love color and Vicki found us these gorgeous chairs (one in a deep blue plush and another sort of a rust color to compliment our patterned couch. They were just the right size shape and color to make the room click. Then of course, Vicki worked with me in creating a glam guest bathroom. The beveled mirror is to die for – fabulous! And again the right size for the wall and room; we put fun chandelier like lights over the mirror to add sparkle along with other accessories that glimmer – I just love it! Vicki helped us place pictures on our walls that help to section the room – who knew? In our bedroom especially, we used a series of lithographs to frame the bed that highlight that area. And we used a group of pictures to delineate the Kitchen counter area from the dining area – it works! And the high swivel chairs Vicki found for the counter are just perfect for the space and very comfortable. Not only is Vicki a superb designer (knowing what the client likes), she is a dream to work with. Vicki has a bubbly personality and comes prepared with wonderful ideas to discuss. She works with your budget and has no hesitation to fix anything that isn’t working. For instance, we did have a performance issue with one of the blinds and she had is addressed right away – successfully. Another time, she had some pillows made that the material turned out not to be suitable and there were no if’s and’s or but’s, she agreed and took them back. I would recommend Vicki without hesitation and would love to work with her again.”

She listened to my "wish list" and cost limitations then searched for materials based on those discussions. She provided options for me from which I was able to make final choices. This helped me to not become overwhelmed by all the decisions involved in this type of renovation. Another area she was very helpful with was in the communications with the contractor, lead carpenter and all the subs and suppliers. She answered many questions about details that I had no clue about. Megan was a delight to work with and I would not hesitate to recommend her to others.
