“My business partner, George Folliard, and I hired Anna and Sheldon to stage the last two listings we had in Whitefish Bay, and we couldn't be any happier with how everything turned out! “I have worked with Marianne Kohlmann on many projects as an interior designer where I was the architect. I highly recommend her work either as a consultant to an architect or directly with the homeowner. She is sympathetic to the architecture of the home to arrive at solutions that fit the place, whether that be modern, Prairie/Organic, or traditional styling. She is also very organized and efficient, working well not only with architects and homeowners but various builders and tradespeople that will be constructing or remodeling these homes. Successful communication between all parties is very important in these projects and Marianne excels at this.”

“We've worked with Lisa to help us update and stage two condos we were getting ready to sell in Mequon, WI. She works with you to give you an honest, straight forward assessment of your home and what can be done to enhance its marketability and appeal to the widest possible variety of potential buyers. You can do as much as you want with her recommendations and she will stay within that budget. Lisa has a wonderful easy going personality but is also extremely professional in her business dealing with her clients. Both our condos have now sold and we know that Lisa helped us get the best possible prices for each.”

“Jenii did a wonderful job designing the redecoration of our dining and living rooms. She did great follow-up on all aspects of the project. She is very creative. She took our somewhat dated look and totally converted it into a current, yet traditional, home. We are big fans and recommend her. We have a new home without having to move.”

“Kelle has helped us with numerous projects...a bedroom remodel, living room, family room and bathroom. She has a unique ability to tap into the client's taste and utility of the space, but also what makes the space personal and meaningful. Her style allowed us to incorporate pieces that we had overlooked. Not only did we get personalized space, but we learned what holds importance to us. In addition, we were involved in the development of a children's literacy center at the University of Wisconsin, Parkside. We had Kelle design the space and she did an amazing job. Because of it's wooded location, Kelle brought the outside in with tree-like stenciled walls and kid friendly stuffed "log" furniture to sit on. The entire space is well coordinated with book shelves, sofas, tables and chairs that serve the purpose perfectly. We have had Kelle work in our home over a period of about 6 years. The literacy center project was completed in the fall of 2016.”
