Swansea Design, owned and managed by Mr. Shuvro Ghatak, is a great destination if you are looking for an interior designer to make your home a "Home". It started with a causal conversation with Mr. Shuvro Ghatak at our complex where we had purchased a flat. He greeted us very well and introduced himself to us. He had already done many interior works in the complex and he happily showed us few flats which were about to complete. We did search for other interior designers as well but couldn't really find someone that humble and somehow there was a trust which we gained on him our first meet which eventually lead us to choosing him for designing our home. The process of finalising a quotation, the designs, and the actual work was done in a hassle free manner without much dispute. He was more of a friend to us most of the time as well as a professional wherever necessary. Believe me, the smallest of designs we had selected or finalised, he succeeded in making the same and that too in a much better way. The team was always open to constructive feedback, very flexible in their approach, approachable at any give point of time. They helped us in a lot of stuff which was actually not part of their scope of work too. They actually took of job of designing the home very personally as if he is making his own home and that is what I feel is their greatest strength. To sum up, you really need to ask yourself one question - Was the interior designer successful in making a home exactly how you dreamt of? In our case the answer was YES!! Definitely YES!!

Hi Team , we really had a great time for the last one month in our new home and will like to review your work Design: Professional design 5/5 value for money: things are shown before purchase and recommendations are taken positively 4/5 Workmanship: Bunch of good helpful staff 3/5 Ideas: Flexible and creative ideas 5/5 Deadlines: This is something which was not met 2/5 Overall we are satisfied with your hard work and commitment. Things to improve: deadlines should be fixed and small issues like working hours of staff should be monitored along with their leaves as missing a delivery deadline means a day or a week to you but the amount of hassle for the owner involves a lot more things. Also you guys have a great designing ideas so please try to match the finishing and cleanliness of the work as well to the same standard. All the best to you and your team

We had a simple requirement of setting up a 2 BHK flat and I came across Swansea Design through a friend. They had multiple meetings and quite well understood our requirements and helped us with their suggestions and the design and layout. Mr Shuvro in particular with his team, were brilliant in all aspects starting from initiation, material gathering & choosing, work, finishing and final handover. Also with their immense design knowledge and suggestions, it becomes very easy when the best comes out of the discussion and they were excellent in their inputs and suggestions. Also the best thing is they took notice of all points, inputs from us and tried to match it to 100%. The craftmanship shown by Swansea Design is excellent and they very well professionally executed it. Timelines matched and the expectations as well. I would definitely recommend Swansea Design within my circle, and I am extremely contended with their work.
