“Mackenzie was our design consultant for our November 2010 kitchen remodeling project. She came highly recommended to us through a mutual friend. We are from Michigan, so even though most of the project consulting was done through email and phone calls, it was still a great experience for myself and my husband. She sent us ideas and choices for our project through email, and then we would discuss them through email or on the phone. She met every deadline she set, stayed within our budget and was very personable and easy to work with. The project was a complete gut and remodel of the kitchen from top to bottom. We tore out a wall between the old kitchen and formal living room and made it a larger kitchen with an island and a dining area. Our kitchen was beautifully updated but it still fits the look of our older home. She helped us pick out everything from the color of the paint to the handles on the cabinets to the trim around the windows.
