“As general contractor I've had many experiences working with designers over the years and working with Lauren has always been a pleasure. I specialize in residential projects almost exclusively and all of my projects require attention to the details. Lauren has shown me that she has an incredible talent to think of the details and plan for them from the very beginning. “Marie Lyall is the best! Fortunately we did not lose our house in the 2017 Napa fire, however our home was severely smoke damaged. Marie came in and saved the day. She helped us to choose paint colors and replace damaged furniture. She designed a beautiful custom iron stair railing, and helped us with so many other, overwhelming to us, design related projects. She is extremely talented, easy going, friendly and was always respectful of our budget. We now have our home back, refreshed and more beautiful, thanks solely to Marie. We highly recommend Marie Lyall Interior Design!”

“Melanie designed my kitchen remodel. She patiently listened to my concerns and desires. Her first recommendation was to look at many kitchens on Houzz and add the ones I liked to an ideabook. This made it easy for me to see what style I wanted. Her design was wonderful. She opened up the space, and made the most of what we had. Melanie helped me with questions and problems throughout the remodel. Melanie made the process as smooth as possible. We love our new kitchen.”

“I have worked with Vicki and trusted her judgment on many projects for my home. She is easy to work with and I have been very pleased with her work. Friends and family are so impressed with things Vicki has done for me . She seems to just have such an eye for knowing what is needed to make living space easier to live and function in. Vicki sees things and has ideas that I would never think of. And she does this with a very limited budget that I sometimes have. She is easy to work with and very up front with what she is able to do with the money I have to spend. That really reduces the stress that can can come with a project. I know when I work with Vicki on a project that she will be honest with me about scheduling, stay in budget, and see the project through. I feel fortunate to have had Vicki to call on for the projects I have done.”

“Ariel has such a light hand and does everything with such ease! My partner and I were overwhelmed with trying to quickly furnish our new home and starting with almost nothing. I tend to overthink every decision, so I really needed help bringing together a cohesive design and be confident in our decision making. This was also at the time that everything was out of stock, and Ariel was able to source items that were almost all entirely in stock. Ariel really listened to the exact requirements we had for our unique space and made sure that each piece would fit just right, with an emphasis on quality and longevity. More importantly, she helped us be brave when it came to bold design decisions. A dark and moody dining space is not something we would have ever thought of on our own, let alone been confident enough to execute. It ended up being the most stylish corner in our home, has such a Chicago vibe, and continues to be the source of inspiration for or other design decisions. Ariel really helped us quickly get from zero (literally only a mattress on the floor) to fully furnished in a matter of a couple of months. We are still putting together finishing touches and decorative elements, and Ariel's online design resources are really helpful for that as well.”
