Average rating: 5 out of 5 stars6 March 2016
“Super patient, insightful, and willing to incorporate client desires into affordable designs. LHK has been a joy to work with, and we have been amonst the pickiest and hardest clients anyone has ever had. We demand alot of our designers and contractors in addition to constantly haggling. I would recommend LHK to anyone seeking a warm and well respected designer that has professional connections!”

“Suzanne is a competent pro at what she does. She has wonderful design abilities paired with a wonderful ability to communicate with her clients. she listens to their ideas and goals, and then communicates her ideas very well. I am a Realtor who recommends Suzanne to clients who have done projects from full kitchen remodels, to whole house space planning, design, and decor. I continue to recommend Suzanne because my clients are always happy. She makes ME look good for having such a competent and talented designer to put them in touch with.”

“I spent 18 months five years ago working with Ms. Keiser to furnish my new SF home. I had decided to bring no furniture from my upper EastSide Manhattan apartment. I wanted a new approach, different from what my decorator had so splendidly done there. I had high expectations but she was young. I decided to take a chance because I liked her confidence and her sense of style and her hutzpah to disagree with me. We spent days at the Design Center visiting a dizzying array of vendor show rooms. We reviewed catalogs, agreeing, disagreeing on fabrics, styles, We visited scores of antique shops, consignment stores. She found a HudsonSide Table, four Les Arcs Barstools, a Furlong Ottoman (that has dazzled visitors0 and more. At the conclusion of our partnership Ms. Keiser presented me with a leather bound book replete with photos, invoices of evrrt item we acquired. If I was not completely satisfied I would not have so elaborated herein. J William Grimes”

“Katherine helped us first by arranging existing furnishings and accessories and making suggestions based on what our overall goals were. It was amazing how re-framing pictures, adding a new lamp and putting a new shade on an existing lamp enhanced our family room. Next she found an area rug for our entry that complimented and unified two different rooms. Katherine’s suggestions for two fireplace mantel accents were perfect. Her idea for a custom area rug with a leather boarder for our kitchen nook was spot-on. She helped us choose hardwood to replace carpeting in our family room and dining room. Guchi Interiors installer was excellent! Stairs were redone with carpet on the tread and hardwood on the risers. When I found some beautiful fabric in Hawaii and wanted to have it framed, she suggested a much more elaborate panel using a drapery rod and tassels. The result was awesome and so much more than I expected. Katherine took the time to really get to know us and we are so pleased to have found her.”

“This is the third project we have worked on with Becka. She is pleasant to work with and open-minded. She guided us through the whole project and went with us to remnant yards to find the perfect countertop for our dry bar, laundry room and window sill project. She gathered quotes from several companies to find something suitable not only for our budget but the installation as a whole. Becka is very knowledgeable about different design aspects, and she definitely knows her craft.”

Kerrie Kelly Design Lab

“5 stars isn't enough to describe my experience with Kerrie Kelly Design Lab. Where to begin, Kerrie and her team were always friendly, responsive, enthusiastic and professional. Their sense of style is great and don't force what they like on you, but instead really listen and present options to fit your taste and they are happy to work with what you already have. For almost every room / piece they presented both a reasonable and more expensive option and made you feel good about either choice! They have a great team and resources for any house project at their fingertips. From a financial perspective, I couldn't be more impressed.. I have heard and experienced designers who nickel and dime you at every corner for their time, with KKDL you know exactly what the deal is going to be and I felt that it was very reasonable and services exceeded what I paid for. Photos to follow soon!”
Sue Monday's Design

Average rating: 5 out of 5 stars3 November 2013
“Sue looked at the existing space in our kitchen and immediately had a plethora of ideas on how to maximize the space. She suggested that we have the dropped ceiling removed, which ended up increasing the cabinet space by over30%. She saw the minimal amount of drawer space and increased that by over 70% in her design. Sue was able to come up with a cabinet in a corner that was previously wasted space. We especially appreciated how attentive and responsive Sue was to our needs and budget restraints. She worked with the contractors making sure work was done on schedule and accomplishing what we wanted. Sue is all about customer service and making sure the client gets what the results they are expecting. We could not be happier with the end result, we got a beautiful new kitchen that has become the show place of our home.”
