“1. Extremely professional and approachable. Our initial connect with Chitralekha, was very reassuring. Ours was not a big budget project, and I was always skeptical of overspending on design and interiors. But that skepticism was always addressed by the entire design team. 2. We really liked their designs on YouTube, both contemporary and traditional. One of the best things that we liked is their attitude towards designing while keeping in mind personal attachments to homes. 3. The approach to the project was extremely well thought out and transparent. With property visits, regular connects and zoom calls to discuss design elements and approaches. The team worked with us very closely. During the design and execution phase we worked with Saachi Agarwal. She is knowledgeable and well versed in her role. Keeping our different tastes in mind, she played a pivotal role, in brining the 3d designs to life. It was hard work initially, also she was the one who did all the follow ups as we live in a different time zone and we didn't probably have the best response rates. Great work Saachi! 4. Special mention would go to Sumit Barua. He was our site coordinator. He was fantastic to be honest. With zero intervention the work was executed. We didn't really have to lift a finger. I know how difficult it is getting these type of things done. Kudos to him. And thanks to the accounts team for handling all the financials in a professional way. Overall it was a great experience!”
