“Emerald Ventures, Inc. built two homes to be featured in the 2013 Spring Parade of Homes. Parade homes need to WOW the crowds with the newest colors, innovations and styles. I sought out two local designers to help me accomplish this goal. Sarah was very excited to help out with our Madrid model. I was impressed with Sarah's energy and excitement about the process and selected features. She came prepared for each meeting and didn't mind rolling up her sleeves and staying late into the night to finish up the night before the parade. She has a background in new construction so she understood our limitations and timelines perfectly. I loved her suggestions and ideas. Thanks to Sarah and my other designer....our two homes were the hit of the Parade and we Wowed the crowds! I have already called Sarah to help me with my next project!”

“I was about to make a really big mistake on window treatments for eight floor to ceiling windows in the living and dining room of my new loft. I had fallen in love with an insanely expensive fabric but I just couldn't make the commitment because I wasn't sure how it would look. So, I hired Dreamspace. The Dreamspace renderings showed me how MY fabric choice would look, plus 2 other (more affordable) options that hadn't even occurred to me. After our first consultation she really understood what I wanted and was on point time after time. (Only glitch was wall color but that had more to do with Lowe's mixing it wrong. She made a different suggestion and it was Perfect.) After helping with my back room and totally redone bathroom, she's going to be the first, no the ONLY, person I call about updates to my kitchen or anything else.
