I contracted Kenneth Bordewick Interior Designs to design my Manhattan Beach beach front home inside as well as outside. He is a pleasure to work with. Kenneth Bordewick's designs are genius. My home is three floors, the top floor is the living room, dinning room, den and kitchen. Second floor is the master suite and home office. The first floor is quest suite, laundry room and garage. The remarkable thing about Kenneth Bordewick is his BRILLIANCE. He was able to take my teardown and through his metamorphosis it became a beautiful butterfly. Kenneth Bordewick was under budget and completed the job early. The quality of furnishings is of the very highest standard. During his time on my project he was servicing several other clients such as Mariah Carey, Paul Mc Cartney and the Jonas Brother. How he found time for me I will never know. “We were so fortunate to have had Janice Sugita work on our remodeling project for our home two times. We live in La Cañada Flintridge. CA and had a major remodel of our old California ranch home that included a second story with a master suite, a bedroom suite for our daughter, and downstairs a large gourmet kitchen, bathroom and family room. She also worked well with our contractor, Bill Able, and his subcontractors, and has done other projects with him since then. She was recommended highly by Bill to other homeowners which is a powerful endorsement from him. He is considered one of the best in the business in this area. The flow of our house and the beautiful, timeless design Janice has created have given us so much pleasure during the years as well as sincere compliments from friends and family. She was completely calm, pleasant, sincere and fun to work with throughout the duration of our projects.
