“I was looking to remodeled my bathroom and looking for a interior designer to assist me with the design of the bathroom. I hired DIH Design to help complete the task. The owner and designer was wonderful. She provided a design plan that was not only beautiful but also fit into my budget. As difficult arose related to our first contractor, Asisat was patient with us and even brought another contractor to make sure we complete the bathroom on time. She even rolled up her sleeves and helped paint just to save me money. I would definitely recommend DIH Design to anyone. I plan on remodeling my kitchen soon, I plan on hiring DH Design. Hire her, you won’t regret it.”

These 2 women are very professional by providing design boards with ideas of the furniture, colors, etc. and alternative looks. “Maria is hands-down the best interior designer I've ever worked with! She is so passionate about interior design, and it shows in her approach. Maria helped us redecorate most of our house -- dining room; kitchen; master bedroom; 2 home offices, foyer, family room and patio. Our total house makeover required an interior design who was willing to get to know us, and guide us to achieve the result we wanted. Maria fit the bill perfectly. She worked with us on all design elements to create a home that reflects our lifestyle, including furniture, lighting, rugs, artwork, decorative items and more. She is detail-oriented, collaborative, easy to work with, and enthusiastic. She offered fresh ideas and approaches that really enhanced our home. She really went above & beyond in her efforts. “My wife and I just completed a project with interior designer, Andrea Houck, president of A. Houck Designs. We were very happy with the end result of our living room, dining room, foyer, and kitchen breakfast nook. This was the first time that we had used an interior designer and Andrea was able to easily answer all of our questions and guide us through the entire process from design concept through installation. After initially speaking with us and finding out what we did and didn’t like, she was able to help us define our style and presented us with a number of different options for each room that we were able to refine and choose from. She also helped us to pick a unique color palette that coordinated from room to room and, importantly, easily fit with the rest of our existing home. We ended our project on a positive note with Andrea and we would recommend A. Houck Designs to anyone. Jason – Arlington, VA”

“I recently downsized from a 3476 square foot to a 1598 square foot townhouse. Much of the furniture that I had was too big for the smaller house. The new house is not really new so it needed a lot of help. Under Julie's direction, walls and ceilings were painted first which made a big difference. She kept budget in mind by keeping several pieces of furniture that I already had and updating others. For my dining room set, she recovered the seat cushions with fabric to go with the new paint colors and added a bench to one side to allow more walking room. She kept a book with all the ideas and plans for my place which was so helpful. She spent a lot of time to go over ideas with me and kept looking until she found what worked. Her contractors and vendors are all wonderful - she is very particular in that regard. I love the pieces she chose for my house and the overall design. She has completely changed the look of my house. It finally feels like home. There are so many rooms to show that I need to upload some before and after pictures soon so you can see for yourself what an amazing job she did for me. I strongly suggest stopping by her store in Ashburn, VA. It's a treat just to walk around all the rooms and check out the furnishings and accessories. Plus you can meet Julie and her staff while you're there. You will love it!”

“Linda Stotts of Interiors by Design did an excellent job in redecorating our home. She was wonderful to work with. Her knowledge of design concepts and implementation of a vision are unsurpassed. We especially liked working with Linda and her staff because they took the time to get to know us and our likes and dislikes. They then proposed design concepts compatible with our desires and were always happy to revise plans based on our input. The results are excellent and we now consider Linda a good friend.
