“I used Tow Studios to renovate my apartment when he was based in New York City. The renovation was done in 2010 and continues to live up to my expectations. His layout of the apartment (within the limitations set by our condominium board), his selection of lighting fixtures and his kitchen and bathroom design were spectacular. We had only a few requirements and he incorporated them all into his design without and loss of quality. The design work was done quickly and efficiently and his work with the contractor and subcontractors helped produce the best work at the best price possible. Would love to work with him again but, fortunately, his designs have held up so well that we haven't had to, yet.”

“I work at the Portland Art Museum and contacted Pistils Nursery with the idea of creating a custom installation for our Patron Society Summer Fete. It would entail creating plant screens that would separate the dinner party from the park blocks/10th avenue. They enthusiastically responded to the idea, and were great to work with through the whole process. I was especially impressed by their excellent customer service and attention to detail the day of the event when the temperatures were in the 90s and they were in the sun for hours finishing the installation. The final product, as you can see by the photos, was gorgeous. I would highly recommend their services!”

“I used Sheila from Avalon on a kitchen remodel project I was working on. The client was having a hard time making a decision on a color scheme for the kitchen backsplash. Her selection of tile and colors were fantastic and truly improved the finished look of the project. She did not hesitate to go over the details and communicate exactly what she was looking for. In the end everyone is happy with the final result and ultimately that is the goal. Would I hire her for future projects? Yes.”

“Josh Taylor visited our home, consulted with us on about carpet and flooring upgrades. His expertise on design elements was superb because the finished product pleases us immensely and visitors to our home are likewise affected. He has a keen sense of discernment too. He translates everything you want into a sketch to verify what you say.This man is is sincere and his interaction with us as clients was not about money. It was about creating for us the best possible space that suited our lifestyle but stayed our budget, He is patient and courteous and professional. We will recommend him every time. “Bette Steflik is magical. She is in touch with Feng Shui principles that can transform your life. I have observed her assessing my home environment and intuiting what I needed to change as far as placement and the use of ritual to help me achieve my goals. She has suggested painting rooms and doors to draw good fortune. She has suggested the use of color and fabric in the bedroom to increase the energy of pairing. The use of light and placement of art and sculpture in the office to assist with career changes. Her recommendations have helped shift and move the energy in each room and space to align with my intentions. Each time I have acted on her consults I have noticed a visceral change in the energy of the house. This has resulted in the change and shift of the events in my life. Bette has her finger on information no one else in the Feng Shui community has. I highly recommend her to help you transform your space and your life.”
