“I’ve worked in one of the country’s largest rug galleries for the past 6 years, and work with many top designers in and out-of-state. My favorite designer is Chantal Devane. I’ve had to pleasure of working with Chantal since 2007. She makes it easy for the client to see how the rug can act as a piece of art to complement their room design, while allowing them to have a say in the selections. Always friendly, she is assertive and professional. I have even had her clients call me a compliment her on her work. If you’re looking for a designer to hire, Chantal is a top choice for the Minneapolis area.”

“When the FL real estate & construction market took a nose dive in 2009, we decided to take advantage of the soft market and price our kitchen remodel at the new Lowe's that just opened in our neighborhood. We had the amazing fortune to get to work with Kristina Stevenson on our project. She selected cabinets with the look and features we wanted and put together an stunning layout to achieve a custom kitchen look. Kristina helped in selecting applicances to fit as well. She also visited the construction site and corrected the angle of the knee walls for the island to make sure everything was set for the install. Kristina made sure the best installer was assigned to our project knowing how important finishing details make a project look perfect. Down to every last detail including the pulls, Kristina took the time to understand what we wanted and worked tirelessly to make sure our finished project was done to perfection. We LOVED working with her and believe you would have the same fabulous experience we did!”

“My husband and I were buying a new home. It was a semi custom home so we were able to pick some upgrades, all flooring, tile, grout color and much more. I found the process very confusing. Bean was able to meet me at the builders design center and help guide me through the process. It was so much easier with her there. The kitchen and master bath are my favorite. Bean was understanding of my confusion. She recommend the tile and back splash to go with the kitchen cabinets I loved. She suggested upgraded tile in the master bath since it was a small space and the cost would be minimal with big effect. She was 100% right. I would recommend her for any project. You won't find anyone better.”

“We hired I&E Design to completely furnish an 8300 sqft house we purchased. We already knew we loved Sonja's creativity and impeccable taste from seeing what she did with the home of our close friends so it was an easy decision. The team at I&E Design was great, they're very organized and dealt with everything that came up, they even dealt with contractors so the process was easy for us. My husband and I appreciated the way they worked around our schedule and found ways to make our budget stretch. Our home looks amazing, we are thrilled and we get so many compliments whenever we entertain. I've already referred Sonja to several of my friends and we plan to get her help remodeling an investment property. We highly recommend I&E Design!”

“Tita was great to work with in decorating my new home. She is bursting with ideas and is intuitive in reading the client. She knows where all the good stuff is online and locally. She does as much or as little as you want. She listens to both the homeowners. I referred her to my kids and she helped them select paint colors for their new houses. They were very pleased also. All our houses flow and show they were custom designed.”
