Julie Graf, One of a Kind Design
Sustainable Design in Harmony.
“Julie Graf was the designer for a full remodel of the kitchen in an older home we purchased. We are serious about food and cooking, so the kitchen had to be highly functional; in addition, we are serious about preserving the "feel" of our Victorian-era house, so the design had to take that into consideration. Julie understood those needs and created a design that perfectly blended functionality and beauty while remaining true to the overall feel of the house. She spent a good deal of time talking to us to get a deep understanding of what we wanted, consulted with us frequently to make sure we were all on the same page, and oversaw the work to make sure it was done right. Her sense of color and form helped make our kitchen virtually a showplace. People walking into the room for the first time often say things like "I want this kitchen!" The room is oddly shaped, but she created ample storage space, ample counter space, and extensive pantry-space, while maintaining a sense of spaciousness and allowing easy traffic flow. She combines brilliant technical knowledge, the ability to talk to and understand her clients, and a great aesthetic sense--exactly what you would want in a designer.”

“Katelyn turned my home office dreams into a reality. She was so thoughtful and intentional with all of the design elements. I felt so many personal touches every step of the way. She was amazing to work with, professional and down to earth! Already looking forward to our next project together!”
Lauren Levant Interior
Sustainable Design in Harmony.
“Lauren helped me create my dream kitchen, and blew away my expectations along every single step of the way. From creating an incredible design that fits my personality and needs, to selecting and ordering materials, to providing guidance to contractors, to helping me organize my kitchen upon completion, she hit the ball out of the park in every aspect. I have already begun to recommend her to everyone I know.”
Melissa Blackwood Homes & Interiors
Sustainable Design in Harmony.
“Melissa Blackwood Homes and Interiors remodeled our kitchen. My wife and I are thrilled with our new kitchen which is now the focal point of our home. Our family and friends love the new kitchen and we would certainly hire her again. Thanks Melissa!”
Montague Design
Sustainable Design in Harmony.
“I hired Catherine Montague with Green Design Innovation to provide a home office makeover. Upon our initial meeting, she was very prompt and professional. Catherine asked what my goals were for redoing my home office. She was purposeful taking into account my wants and desires, but offering professional guidance along the way.
Catherine measured my room, placed my furniture and worked with me to select a color palette that would fit with my new look. Within no time, she had taken an ordinary home office and transformed it into a masterpiece!
I will use Catherine Montague again for future projects and would not hesitate to recommend her to friends and colleagues.

Davin Interiors
Sustainable Design in Harmony.
“I can't speak highly enough about Davin Interiors. They created an incredible living room in our home. They determined our personal style and then made a dream room. The furniture, fabrics, paint, and accessories all combined into something I could never have imagined. We simply love this room. Cathy was a pleasure to work with, her creativity was astounding, she was professional every step of the way, all of the delivery dates were met and she coordinated everything to be ready all together.”
All Finished Interior Design
Sustainable Design in Harmony.
“I have used All finished for 3 home remodeling projects. Total kitchen redo that included powder room foyer dining room and kitchen. The transformation from 25 yr old housing plan clone to individuality in design and style and polish is stunning. From ceiling to floor and all surfaces between. Owner Mark Anstis is intuitive when it comes to functionality of a space. He also plans stages to make the environment usable during the remodel. There are always "down times" during a big project but this I knew going in.
Next was my master bath. Again. Total redo. Plumbing wiring flooring tile granite. The works. And again his feel for beautiful but functional and with an eye on the price tags his ideas and skill are unmatched.
It went from the housing plan grade to what feels and looks like a resort bath in the Caribbean. Not fake palm trees and ceramic seashells but a heavy solid Mayan appearance marble and slate. Gorgeous.
Finally a face lift in the hallway bath. This is currently being done. But my expectations are high. No reason they shouldn't be.
You will be pleased with his Attitude . Timeline. Skills. Ideas. Subcontractors.
I'm "All finished " looking for craftsmen for my home. Look at All finished. You will be too.”
Kevin Kulesa Designs, LLC
Sustainable Design in Harmony.
“My apartment is a full floor of a downtown warehouse built in 1906 with a central “box” which housed a small bathroom, some closet space, washer/dryer, and HVAC. On one outer wall of the box was a kitchenette with just a few inches of counter space. Because the bathroom, kitchenette, and closets all shared walls, it made sense to think about reconfiguring the whole box at once.
My must-haves were a deep soaking tub and more storage in the bathroom, and more counter space, storage, and electric outlets in the kitchen. I wanted to keep a coat closet and pantry and move the washer/dryer out of the bathroom. I wanted to use sustainably-produced materials and energy-saving appliances. Aesthetically, I wanted a simple, clean look, with a Japanese feel in the bathroom. Because of the exposed brick and the big bright-red door that I loved, the accent color in the kitchen would have to be red. And because the project would happen in the middle of the loft, while the only windows were at the front and back, light would be important.
In an almost literal example of thinking outside the box, Kevin suggested that we take part of the ceiling out of the bathroom to expose the gorgeous wooden beams above and move two walls to create more space for the bathroom and a separate out-of-sight nook for the washer/dryer. A frosted glass sliding door and window panel, together with a shorter, deeper tub/shower, bamboo cabinets, and a teak-matted platform, give the bathroom exactly the kind of Asian look I had in mind and a much airier, lighter feel than before. Kevin added a cantilevered overhang and a huge island to the kitchen, along with a big red glass backsplash that is beautiful and very easy to care for. I have all the space and light I needed with an exciting look I could never have thought up. In the hall, I how have not only the pantry and coat closet I wanted, but a broom closet too and lots of light. We picked bamboo for cabinets and closet doors and countertop made from recycled materials. We reused the existing toilet and garbage disposal and lots of the drywall. The lighting is low-energy LED and the new appliances all exceed EnergyStar requirements. I couldn’t be happier with how everything turned out!”

“a truly amazing designer, who has an amazing eye to detail and an imagination that is 2nd to none. When i hired design my renovation, she came in and totally transformed the house with her design. she has an amazing work ethic, and is very easy to communicate with. I will keep hiring her to do my designs and I would highly recommend her to anyone looking for a designer.”
The Designaholic
Sustainable Design in Harmony.
“I had never committed to working with an interior designer before. Andrea was referred to me through a friend of a friend when I was seeking out someone, and I am so glad they did. I was making first time upgrades and renovations to a house that hadn't been altered since being build in 1998. She not only listened to my visual ideas and inspirations, but she was able to bring it to life for me. I always struggled seeing the bigger picture and she helped me be able to really see it come to life. Working with her was more affordable than others I compared to and overall she made the process fun and enjoyable. I got to the point where I really trusted her eye and knew my money was being invested correctly. Highly, highly, highly recommend her!”
