“The kitchen designers have been a delight to work with. While respecting what we want, they offer wonderful professional opinions when we ask them - and we do ask them, because what they suggest is spot on, because they know the look we are trying to achieve. The construction project has not actually begun yet, but I know we will be thrilled to death. This company is top notch. So far, we have been extremely pleased. They are quick to communicate with us when we have questions, and are always helpful.”

“Our company hired Hannah to help with a full remodel of a home that was built in 1959. It had never been updated. The layout was typical for the time it was built with low ceilings and lots of small rooms. The home also had been added onto and the flow was very unappealing. The entire home was reimagined. Hannah worked tirelessly on the blueprints to make sure the floorplan flowed and every available space was utilized. The walls in the main portion of the house were removed and the ceiling raised. The main bedroom and bathroom were enlarged and the space was reconfigured to add a large walk-in closet. The original hardwood was under the carpeting and was refinished. Removing walls and raising the ceiling made once closed in multiple dark rooms into one large stunning room with soaring ceilings and a wood beam. A separate laundry area and sunroom were incorporated into the main house which gave the home added square feet under heat and air. The finishes and features Hannah chose made the house into a gorgeous, inviting space that wowed all who toured it. Hannah was spot on with her design suggestions and kept to the deadlines. Her remodeling experience, ability to work with plans and her interior design vision and experience helped transform the old house into a beautiful showplace. Callahan Remodel”

“I worked with Cynthia J. Hoffman Interior Design and her team to upgrade the design of my apartment. I appreciated the professional manner of the design group. Planning each room involved consideration of my desires but I was also exposed to designs that were tasteful and current. The attention to detail of the redone space and ultimate function are aspects of the team's approach that I appreciate daily as I live in my beautiful home. The projects began approximately in May, 2010 and we completed the last room by February of 2013. I directed the pace of the various design projects. I highly recommend this design group.”

“Wendy Berry and her team delivered an incredible job by listening to what we wanted and making it happen. Their ability to make each room as we envisioned was incredible. They are true professionals and have all the resources including a lovely studio in Chagrin Falls, Ohio. For our new home they built a bedroom into a Parisian apartment (as my daughter wanted), a wine cellar/cigar room (as I wanted) an aspen lodge feel for my snowboarding son among many more unique rooms with maintaining complete comfortableness which we stressed. She has some great ideas on outside hardscapes and pool setting that are incredible. The furniture that she sourced was top quality and unique to our tastes. Much of what she brought to our project was quality people, products and her process is great.”

“I had the distinct pleasure of working with Barrie Spang at Sapphire Pear. I am in the process of opening a restaurant in Downtown, Cleveland. Barrie walked the space and was instrumental in picking floor colors, chairs and tables and wall colors. Everything goes together so well and is a stunning restaurant. I would highly recommend her for any project, big or small, commercial or residential. What a talent!”
Hazel Tree Interiors

“I have used Hazel Tree twice, once to redecorate an office in time for a holiday showing, and again when restoring my 1921 Arts and Crafts bungalow, into which I was moving. In both cases, Karen was professional, knowledgeable and easy to work with. In the case of the office, because of a tight timeline, Karen, her husband and another person painted it over a weekend so it would be ready for curtains in time. At no time was there any question about terms or "hidden" fees. Her assistance included help in choosing wall colors, reupholstery, design for the tile floor for an enclosed porch/sun room, curtains (measured and made), window blinds, carpeting and kitchen flooring. Her subcontractors are excellent at their craft, no matter what it was. She even made a grapevine Christmas tree with chandelier teardrops hanging in the center just because she wanted to. I did buy one piece of furniture, a converted radio cabinet in which I store paper and other office items. It remains one of my favorite pieces. One of the reasons I like working with Karen/Hazel Tree is that she tries, wherever possible, to use repurposed furniture, environmentally friendly materials and includes sustainable practices in her work. I would not hesitate to use Hazel Tree again should I need interior decorating services, and I would not hesitate to recommend the firm to anyone who needs quality design at very reasonable prices.”
