“We found Chic on the Internet & were allocated Emma as our designer. We hit it off with her straight away & she quickly learnt how to work alongside us. She was very patient & professional & drew on our home & garden to come up with a design suitable for us. She had some good contacts & came up with some good prices for our lounge/staircase/landing project. We had a few blips, mainly with damaged goods arriving via on line buying. We found the ordering & returning of damaged goods the worst part of the whole project. In the main the workforce she employed were very good & although the whole project seemed to take a long time, we are highly satisfied with the end result.”

“Haysey design is a very approachable business who always listens to their clients and accommodates their wants and needs whilst also picking up on subtle details about you as an individual to include in the final design so it really is what you want it to be. It has been a very fluid process where ideas have been banded around and the design has changed as we have moved forward so it will be a space entailing all our brief plus much more. Nic has a great skill base for design, instills confidence in you about your ideas, a fantastic eye for detail plus a very truthful manner so it is exactly what you desire.”

“Having completed a number of projects for shared professional housing we were looking for a designer who could reinvigorate the finish to our properties and make the styling current and suitable for our tenants. We found Naomi through a friend and were very please we did. She was thoroughly professional, creative and conscious of delivering a design and staging package that was clean, robust and on budget. We wouldn't hesitate to use her again and look forward to woking with her again soon. Thank you Naomi.”

“Andrea worked on a complete house renovation for me under a tight budget. The house was for my 2 sons both in their early 20’s therefore needed to be modern & easy to maintain. I was delighted with the results which ticked all the boxes. Not only did Andrea work on the scheme & source all the products she also managed the whole project & trades involved. I would have no hesitation in recommending her or her work.”

“We hired Abby to help transform our dated working environment into a a place which encouraged our employees back in to the office and truly reflected the dynamism of our brand. We wanted a 'home from home' feel, that re-engaged our workforce whilst being stylish, open and client facing. That said - I don't think we truly knew what this looked like; this is where Novo Design came into their own, they were heads and shoulders above any other organisation we were introduced to when it came to innovation and efficiency. Abby is a true talent, her ability to visualize is second to none and the whole project was seamless from start to finish; nothing was too much of an ask. The space is incredible and has significantly improved how we work together and collaborate as a business. Since the renovation, not one person has visited without commenting on how stunning it is; I couldn't recommend Novo Design anymore.”

“Manvir instantly understood the vision I had for my apartment from our first meeting. She took the time to understand exactly what I was looking for and how I wanted my apartment to feel. Manvir created a 3D model of how my apartment would look and provided so many different options of furnishings based on my budget. People still ask where I got my coffee tables from 18 months on. If you want a personalised experience with someone who truly gets your vision, then Manvir is the person to work with!”

“I’m absolutely delighted with Kate's design for my dining room. She has a great eye for design and pulled together a beautiful room scheme which I’m over the moon with. It was so exciting getting the moodboard and seeing all the items together in one place. Kate was fantastic with communication and always got back to me quickly. Her reassuring, friendly manner made the whole process a pleasure. I've had so many compliments and I'll definitely be recommending her to friends!”
