“I am currently having finishing having my condo renovated with new tile floors, new carpeting, new doors, new paint, new lighting and new furniture. This is the first time I have used a Designer. Imagine Design and Remodel was recommended to me and at my age, I thought it was about time I had a professional work with me. Brittany and Keith from Imagine Design have been working with me for the last 3 months. Both are a pleasure to work with. They talked with me at length before the project to find out what I like and don't like, how much of a change I would like to see and my budget. Brittany turned me on to Houzz where we looked at designs that appealed to me. We also looked online to identify furniture, tile and carpet that appeals to me. This gave her a better idea on what I wanted for my overall look. Brittany then worked with me to pick out tile, carpet and paint from either stores or online. We agreed on a course of action that was least disruptive to me and they have been wonderful in following up on those action items. They oversee the workman to make sure I am getting a good quality remodel...and...they are perfectionist. I am actually enjoying watching how Professional Designers work with me and the workman. They handle everything. I really feel at ease and wish I had used Professionals in the past.”
