“Valeria Design Studio designed my entire home renovation. What an incredibly talented and wonderful team! They worked well with the contractor, helped solve issues, and generally gave good advice and guidance that served my best interest. I added 400 square feet to what is a vertical house in the middle of a city block by expanding into and eliminating my yard. The result is fabulous and I love my newly renovated house!”

“We moved into our home and needed to design and paint almost every room. I work full time and my husband has no interest in these decisions. This just added to my already too long "To do" list. Carol was great! She knew I was overwhelmed and sat down with me to understand my tastes and what I wanted to do. She did not rush me but gently kept me moving forward. She transformed my bland home into a home I love. A home with beautiful colors, wonderful furniture and fixtures. One that I love to spend time in and entertain in. She really was my therapist!”

“We worked with Gail to design our house in Annapolis. She was very professional and listened to our ideas to create that unique feel for our home. im very pleased with her work - materials she used (paint) was not toxic, and her design was very intuitive. I can say that our renovated home has that great energy flow feel. We love it and our dogs live it too!!! Hopefully will work with Gail on our house in Florida too!!!! Thank you, Julia and Ron”

“I've been working with Monica of Manor House Designs for about three years. She helped design a family room with new window treatments, sofa, and new fabric and recovering for some old chairs. We also wallpapered a 1/2 bath and put oversized prints on the wall (which I never would have thought of solo). We have now moved into a new home and she continues to help transform this house into our home. She brings great energy, will stay within any budget and knows how to be on trend without being trendy! Highly recommend you call my designer and friend at Manor House!”

“I was so impressed with the creativity and the flexibility of the staff at Be More Than Design. Renovating a home has its challenges, especially if you live in a historical area but Devin took time to research what he could legally do in the space as he attempted to give me a more modern look. His creative mind allowed me to keep the integrity of my home and added a modern charm which I LOVE! He is very personable and will take your needs and wants to heart! He is professionalism at it finest!”

“After seeing some of Jeanine's model units at silo point, we knew we wanted to hire her. She has done two projects for us. For one project, she determined appropriate finishes for a completely gutted condo unit that had nothing in it but walls. She found beautiful kitchen cabinets, wood floors, tile for the bathroom floors and shower, vanities, granite, faucets, lighting, sprial stair case options, among several other things. The place turned out beautifully. The other project she did was our personal home. We moved in and didn't have a clue where to start. She guided us to the right stores and we found some beautiful, quality pieces. Some items were custom made while other came from discount stores. Jeanine is not afraid to mix in a few inexpensive pieces if they work for the room. For example, she found a replica of the valzer floor lamp. The original retails for $2000. For $100 at a local discount store, we received a very similar item. We get tons of compliments on that lamp. Jeanine has many contacts within the community and online companies. She charges only by the hour and passes on all trade discounts to the client. Her rate is very reasonable and she doesn't charge for travel time even if you need her to go to DC. She always works with you to find the best product for the space at the best possible price within a reasonable time frame. I cannot say enough good things about Jeanine. She has great taste, great connections with manufacturers, retailers, and contractors. She knows how to stay on budget, is easy to get along with. She is very accessible and responds quickly to phone calls and email. I highly recommend Jeanine to anyone looking for a designer who understand how to create a modern, contemporary place that is cozy.”

“My wife and I met Lisa in Philadelphia around 2005 as we were completing work on our new home in Pottstown, PA. We gladly engaged her at our first meeting and that remains one of the smartest decisions we've ever made in setting up our new homes. Lisa's professional skills are simple eexceptional. She combines outstanding talent with excellent social skills and very ethical business practices. She delivered on time with outstanding qualities. She asked that we trust her and we did. The result was magnificent. We were so pleased with her work that when we relocated to Cary, NC in 2007 and decided to build a new home, we insisted on Lisa handling all interior decoration and design work. She accompanied us in selecting every single item from woods for the floor to cabinet materials, kitchen counters, door knobs, lighting and of course paints, drapes and blinds. Lisa selected our furniture including the fabric. Amazingly, she's very cost conscious, always knew where to get a great bargain and was hands on. She personally participated in doing the work and provided real time supervision to her team. We met through work but I'm very proud to call her a very good friend. I strongly recommend her services with no reservations whatsoever. You'll never regret hiring Lisa. She's guaranteed to exceed your expectations.”

“I hired Suzanne Levin-Lapides, an associate of Hall & Company, to design the rooms in my new condo. After being a widow for 5 years, I needed a "home" closer to my children and one that didn't remind me of my husband every where I turned. I knew what I didn't like, but had a hard time knowing what I wanted. Suzanne was able to use much of what I had, in so many different ways, add new colors, floor coverings, and so much more that it was amazing. When she showed me samples of fabrics, chairs, wall coverings, etc., she had no problem if I wasn't sure of something. She just took the time to find another choice that I loved, that worked with the plan, and moved forward to present me with a stunning "home". She calls it my princess castle and my children call it amazing that I took the step to move and found someone who made me so very happy that I made that decision.”

“Expensive taste on an affordable budget! We purchased a new home about 1 year ago and I spent several months trying to figure out how I could create a classy, livable look with limited funds. After explaining to Tangie my vision and budget, we took a trip to Home Goods. It would have taken me several hours and multiple trips to the store to do what Tangie did in 10 minutes. It was amazing to watch; she definitely has an eye for timeless inexpensive pieces. We stopped at a few other stores to include Kirkland's and Ross; then headed back to my home. It took her all of 30 minutes to decorate my family room space. After witnessing her genius, I highly recommend Tangie and am excited to see what she will do to the rest of my home.”
