“I love Functional Conceptz because they are a one stop shop for any and everything you can think of! I was in need of flooring, an updated kitchen back-splash and all the components that make a master bedroom a sanctuary, including drapery, bedding and lighting. Aisha is an extremely talented designer who not only listens and executes, she always maintains an open line of communication. She demonstrates an impressive level of expertise and professionalism yet so very down to earth. I love her outside of the box thinking! It was such a pleasure working with her and I would not hesitate hiring Functional Conceptz in the future.”

Shay seems to be ahead of the curve on color trends and always displays very well put together vignettes. I've always enjoyed this segment of the show and if I ever decide to use a designer( I'm big on DIY), IBB would be my first choice.”

“My husband and I had wanted to build our home office for the past year. We contacted Saundrea of Colburn Decor and Design to help us with the project. All I can say is that she was fantastic. She took complete ownership of the project from start to finish. She arranged meetings with the different vendors that worked around our busy schedules. The vendors she worked with were all very professional. During install, she was on site the entire time, coordinate and overseeing the install. She treated our home like her own. She pays very close attention to the smallest details and she is very easy to work with and receptive to feedback. We highly recommend her for projects big and small and look forward to her assistance with our next home project. Thanks.”

“Ashley with Ashley Urban Designs LLC provided me with one of the best customer service experiences one could hope for. She was totally willing to work with us even though we were quite picky and not the easiest to work with. Sorry Ashley! But she made our vision into a reality and we were very very impressed. “Kym did an amazing job on our living room. She took great care to learn our style and personalities. She worked with us to breathe new life into furniture that had belonged to a beloved grandmother -- the 1950's tufted sofa is now a positively modern showstopper and the anchor for how the whole design evolved. When people walk through the front door, not only are they 'Wowed' by its beauty, everyone comments on how much it looks & feels like 'Us.' Kym also sources great quality furniture and accesories, and her upholsterer is amazing! And she worked tirelessly to made the most of our budget. Even with her design fee, we still came out better than had we tried to get the same quality going 'retail.' Its been nearly a year, and still hardly a day goes by I don't think about how greatful I am to have worked with the Kym & the team. Our house now really feels like our home. Kym will work on all our home projects!”
