“Sara helped me with my kitchen refresh and I couldn't be happier. I had a quartzite slab picked out that I was in love with and she helped me select colors for my walls and cabinets, and pick a backsplash that coordinated with the counters. I had originally been leaning towards just a simple white subway tile backsplash, but after talking to Sara, I realized that my kitchen layout would be better suited for a more geometric shaped backsplash because there were already so many long horizontal lines. I never would have thought of something like that without Sara. Sara also patiently answered about 65 photo text messages and emails from me and she pulled together a spot on mood board which gave me great direction for some small improvements I want to do in the kitchen in the future (like light fixtures and a new table). I am so in love with my kitchen and really loved working with Sara at Bandd Design!”

“I worked with Karolina using her services twice for big renovation projects. She transformed 2 apartments in very poor condition to cute places to rent - they were my 2 investments properties. Everything was designed with a limited budget and came out fantastic. She and her team took care of the project from A to Z from conceptualization, realization, material and furnishing selection to property rental. European spaces are limited and to contain everything within a small surface is a skill. If you need a perfect floor plan they are certainly the best. My goal was to add value to the apartment, rent it for several years and eventually sell it. Excellent service if you want to add value to rental properties and any property, they can do magic with limited budgets. Space optimization is their strongest point”

“Dawn was the designer for our client's hall bathroom remodel. Except for the tub, the bathroom was gutted. Dawn understood perfectly what this client was looking for and was able to shop with them to choose the tile, fixtures, vanity style, granite, paint and stain colors in just one short shopping trip! She had excellent resources for everything from the custom cabinets to an extra-long shower curtain. She was extremely easy to work with and considered our (the remodeler) concerns as well as the homeowner's, which helped make the project run smoothly. With Dawn's help we were able to go from demo day to completion in ten days! Our customer was thrilled with the results, and now we are all working together to get their kitchen overhauled. Dawn helps us look professional, brings in business, and does the job right the first time.”

“If you’re looking for a sign to work with Sherlita on your next big project, here it is! Sherlita has been my go-to designer for over 4 years. Over the course of our relationship, she has sourced pieces for, planned, designed, and decorated the entryway, living spaces, and dining areas in my previous apartment and my current home. Sherlita has a superior eye for detail and is able to deliver fantastic results even when I give her a very vague plan. When I told her I wanted a modern yet timeless aesthetic for my living room, she whipped up a stunning color palette and filled my room with one-of-a kind pieces that brought my dream to life. To top it all off—it fit well within my budget. Partnering with Sherlita is always a great experience because she makes all of the steps easy. I don’t have to do a thing except tell her my design dreams. She knows exactly where to go to source unique things that NO ONE else has.
