“Where do i start?! Antonio is one of a kind when it comes to being an interior designer & leading any remodeling project that your heart desires. We used Antonio for multiple projects on our house (complete facelift of 4000SF home & main bath teardown/remodel). Before committing to him, we initially had a couple of meetings that helped set the stage in terms of what we wanted (and/or thought we wanted). Antonio was quick to understand the look/feel that we were going for & started to do some of the legwork in terms of colors, finishes, tiles, backsplash, etc...to help us visualize what the home could look like when finished (included plenty of his own renderings & created vision boards). He was always communicating with us and really went above & beyond in terms of making our decision-making easier. He was integral in helping us achieve our final look & truly understood our taste (but still provided feedback if a selection was an eyesore and/or did not integrate well with the final product). He was always open to input/feedback & made appropriate adjustments through the duration of both projects. We had to pivot a few times due to unforeseen issues but he was always on top of mitigating risks & ensuring we'd be happy with the final product. At no time did he pressure us to make hasty decisions even if it meant delaying closing out a phase of the project. His tireless research & materials savviness enabled us to make the best decisions in terms of materials & ultimately cost which can quickly add up on any large-scale project. His attention to detail is also what really stuck out for us as he ensured all contractors were able to meet our expectations. Overall, we were super happy with Antonio's work, dedication, vision, & judgment in ensuring that we'd walk away happy with the final product. “My wife and I have been clients of Norwood Design for many years. There are several reasons why. Teresa has always taken the time to spend with us to understand what our use case for the work we want done. Going far beyond simply putting colors together or fabrics, Teresa continually brings new ideas to the table based on her conversations with us. My wife is a visual person who isn't always comfortable with change unless she can see it. Teresa brings many images with her in preparation for these meetings. This last project was a complete color change to the exterior of our home. Teresa's first meeting with us for was for 3hrs. She prepared several different palettes for us to begin working through. She walked us around our property to visualize the many options in shade and sunlight. Teresa makes it easy to tell her what we did and did not want or like. She asked a lot of questions about usage, and what I wanted to be able to do with the space. I thought I knew what I wanted it to look like; however, Denise proposed some changes in floor plan and traffic pattern that I hadn't considered. I'm so glad I went with her ideas and am thrilled with the result. In addition, she was mindful of my tastes and budget. Many designers know what looks good, but don't take into account the clients needs and taste. Denise designed the kitchen, and did most of the shopping for accessories, granite, etc; however, it is my kitchen, and perfect for me.”
