“Sarah did an amazing job helping us with our basement renovation. We have a small space with some constraints from the original construction of the house, and Sarah nonetheless managed to create a bright and open space that doesn't feel like a basement at all. She also gave us different options at various price points for furniture, and when we wanted some modifications, she quickly turned those around and met ours needs perfectly. If we ever have another home renovation project, we'd absolutely go back to Sarah for our design needs.”

“Finally my basement storage is organized. Thank you so much for organizing and creating so much more useful space than I could have imagined. I now have a wine storage and decanting area, an extra pantry and proper organized storage for all my household items. Thanks for making organizing my garage fun! She was amazing at coming up with ideas outside of the box, brought the building into 2020 with respecting its historical charm and was hands on through the process. “I have had the pleasure of working with LDR Designs on multiple projects over the past 3 years. I would highly recommend Linda DeRuiter and LDR Deisgns to anyone needing a design firm for major projects and smaller design projects. In our previous home LDR Designs gutted our kitchen and main bathroom. The end result was well designed, beautiful and functional. Our most recent project was in our new home. LDR Designs gutted our basement, dug down, installed radiant heating, gutted the basement bathroom and laundry room and then finished with new storage, cabinets and lovely finishes throughout. We are thrilled with the end result. LDR Designs also gutted the master bath and redesigned a 2nd floor bedroom for more space and storage. We are delighted with results and will continue to work with LDR Designs on future projects.”

“Jane is intuitive and clever, never cocky or snobby -she works with real people and budgets and the results are always spectacular. I'm an ex-coworker, I guess, I worked with Jane as the producer of her show, "Colour Confidential". We produced 26 episodes together. Jane was a dream to work with from a TV producing perspective, 'we' transformed over fifty rooms from bare bones to completely decorated- on extremely limited budgets! I LOVED that job -got a design 'fix' everyday! Jane is a colour expert and since the show finished she continues to amaze me with her excellent work with clients, the launch of her own furniture line and her tireless work at Home Shows and designing entire high end model homes for Ontario companies like Kylemore. Jane even won the Pinnacle award and 1st place in the Large Kitchen category at the NKBA Awards in 2011. I know I sound like a commercial but I'm really a big fan. She deserves the recognition and she won't blow her own horn!”
