Tile Installation in Santa Monica. 5 Stars Only

“We did NOT have very high hopes when we first sought out to remodel our extremely tiny (4’x7’) bathroom. The original homeowners did the best they could with the space but over the years it sustained significant water damage and was just generally outdated and bland (see “before” photos). When we started taking quotes Ben from Pearl Remodeling came in excited to take on the challenge. He immediately got to work and sent us a full schedule of work dates, as well as a place to upload all of our design elements (tile, faucet, vanity, etc.). We loved that we were empowered to choose all our own items instead of just picking from a handful of available options. At times this was stressful (see “during” photos), but we ended up with the most gorgeous space that much better reflects our style and the style of our home (see “after” photos!). Their work schedule was extremely tight, but they were very timely and got this job done in record time. Every worker who came into our space was SO nice and respectful, and you could tell that Ben had a very good relationship and took pride in his crew, they were all a pleasure to work with for the entire job. As a woman working with contractors, I cannot tell you how refreshing it was that I never once heard any of them say “is your husband around” or anything even remotely like that. Even after the remodel we’ve continued to stay in touch with Ben and have nothing but great things to say about our experience. We recommend him to everyone we know!”

“This is our third project with Spazio LA. If I were to stop there, that would tell you everything you need to know. Clearly we would not have continued to use them if we were not completely and utterly satisfied. Two of our projects were major home ovations, redo, and one was a relatively smaller project for a condominium revitalization. What we found most impressive about this company is their level of responsiveness. They had someone on site just about every day with whom we could meet to ask questions, make revisions, adjustments, whatever. If we had questions they were answered quickly. Not only were they personally on site, but they were easily available and accessible by text message. Always responding very quickly. They made excellent suggestions regarding product choice, and design issues. All their suggestions were both excellent in terms of form and function. They used a great architect, Raffi, who is meticulous and thorough and was a great sounding board. We bought our flooring and our tiles from their store and again their staff was very helpful in making a choice. We love what they help us. Highly recommend this group for any size project. And by the way, before I forget, what is really important is that they stayed on their timeline and our project which was a year Long was completed a week early.”
