“I first found IRC Kitchen & Baths in the summer of 2023 while searching for a contractor to remodel our outdated, second floor hallway bathroom. Besides a “face-lift”, I wanted to remove an old jet-stream tub and replace it with a shower and upright washer/dryer. After meeting with 2 other contractors, I chose David Hoblea. Although not the lowest bid I received, what I liked most about David was his obvious attention to and interest in my project. His pricing is fair and excellent value for the money. The scope and process of each project is itemized clearly and when an unexpected issue arises, David problem solves with me to clearly define work order options to resolve it within my best interests.
