“Claudia was a fantastic designer - she totally understood our brief and vision. She brought such energy and enthusiasm, it really made the whole process a pleasure - and felt really personal. We hadn't used a designer service before, thinking it a bit of a luxury, but we liked the pricing structure that let us pay per hour and the discount available on the paint. James was helpful in explaining the process and costs, and in matching us with the right designer for us. Claudia helped us choose our paint scheme and flooring, as well as giving us layout options for kitchen and bedroom where space was right. She was the right side of opinionated, giving us needed direction without overbearing. Most of all she really listened to our needs, did it all in a short space of time, and delivered a great mood board and ideas. Only feedback is I think an optional initial home visit / in-person meet should be included as standard (it was when we got other quotes elsewhere). Whilst some may prefer all virtual, for us having the designer see the space and meet us to get to know us was critical. The cost of getting a designer isn't something to do lightly but it helped us as we are time poor and indecisive! Thanks Claudia and team!”

“After living in our house for a couple of decades and only really redecorating every few years, we finally decided to bite the bullet and have some major refurb works carried out. We knew we would need an interior designer and when discussing this with our decorator, who is an absolute perfectionist, he said we must use Paul Warren Design whom he had worked with on many projects. We completely gutted the basement area and took out a chimney breast and moved the existing kitchen from the rear of the house to the front and swapped the dining room to the rear. A large opening was created to rear wall elevation and Crittal style doors were fitted, so we had better access to the garden and lots more light. An unloved and unused patch of concrete was transformed to a light and welcoming patio. We also managed to fit in a new utility room and toilet. All new lighting and electrics throughout, new kitchen fitted, underfloor heating and new large format floor tiles. We have gained more stylish storage than we thought possible. The space has been completely transformed. Paul Warren and his team have created a space that we are so pleased with and want to spend time in. Totally transformative. We can highly recommend Paul Warren Design. The project would have been impossible for us without Paul. A pleasure to work with.”
