“I recently had the pleasure of working with Denise Richards from DRichards Interiors to renovate my 2-bedroom, 2-bathroom condo in a high-rise, and I couldn't be more thrilled with the results. After researching several high-end interior designers, I discovered Denise, whose reputation and 40+ years of experience immediately stood out. From our first meeting, I was impressed by her professionalism and expertise. Denise has an undeniable mastery of design, and it was evident from the moment she showed me some of her past projects. I had the privilege of visiting a few showrooms with her, and I was blown away by how much she knew about each space. It was clear that Denise has an exceptional eye for detail, and she knows exactly how to transform a space into something extraordinary. Throughout the process, Denise communicated wonderfully, listening to my ideas and providing thoughtful suggestions that helped guide my decisions. “It is a challenge to write a review of such excellence in every phase and detail without sounding hyperbolic or seeming to over-praise but indeed every piece of this house other than the original floorplan is custom designed from the floors to the walls to the architecture inside. Even the books on the tables, decorations, and plants were either their choice of or by our approval and agreement with them. The house was built from a dirt lot to the finished product in this project. JAC Interiors principals Andrea, Christine, and Tim were with us in every step of building, furnishing, and decorating our Home. We moved from a large home in Los Angeles and did not take one piece of furniture. We took a few favorite items and a couple of small pieces of art. Most importantly, they listened to us and built us the house we wanted. They directed us to great choices but it was always about them hearing what we loved. They showed great respect for the budget and kept us updated along the way. The results are truly stunning. Every seat or table or sofa or bed is comfortable as well as beautiful. We moved in with sheets on the bed, art on the walls, and our toothbrushes in hand. It was so complete that we had house guests stay only 3 days after we moved in. These amateur photos do not do the project justice. The house is going to be professionally photographed by a photographer who wishes to submit this project for publication. We are considering the publication part, but I will add some professional photos after the shoot if we are allowed. Oh. ...one more thing. They are delightful people who showed genuine care and concern for us. I will hope to have them as our guests for dinner at the house.”

“Amy Peltier Inc (and specifically Marina Kelly my lead designer) were incredible! The company is transparent about detail and the process involved from a financial and logistical standpoint. (And believe me this is quite important as there is a lot of waiting involved for pieces to come in, etc!) I’m terms of style, Marina met me exactly where I was and presented exceptionally tasteful and lasting pieces that completely met my expectations - and went beyond . Marina listened to my preferences and kept all my design cues aligned to come up with a beautiful space. I would hire this firm again and again. Also, as a plug, I had some painting and wallpapering done and these contractors were also exceptional and entirely professional.”
