“I have used Dave from By Design Group before on my previous property to alter the spatial layout and then two years later to help me with house hunting on the property I then moved to. So when I was looking to move again I knew who to call. This time I have used him and his team to refresh the property for sale. Which involved help with transforming a cellar space in to a liveable basement, the introduction of a a lean-to pergoda on the side of the house and finally a front of house facelift with garage doors, the drive, window sills, render, the house paint colour, (that were tired and in need of a refresh) brought back to life and now the first impression looks as good as new, if not better! I have no doubt the valuation I have since received and am very pleased with has a great to deal to do with that. His team of joiners, electricians and decorators, outdoor cleaners, that he used on this job were a pleasure to work with as well. I am already using him remotely again, to house hunt the next property through Right Move message exchanges and, when we've shortlisted suitable properties I will go with Dave to view them like I did the previous time. I'm very happy to recommend him and his team to people who need help with their property as the value is high.”

“Peter has made a potentially stressful project enjoyable. He has been approachable, helpful, friendly, honest and most importantly has really listened to whatever we have said. We invited him to join the project team after plans had started, which could potentially have been problematic, but he established a rapport with the architect immediately. Once he was on board matters seemed to progress more quickly and smoothly. We felt reassured that minor details were being properly attended to and any decisions were being put to us in a timely and informative way. His attention to detail, enthusiasm for what he does and lovely disposition are exceptional. It goes without saying that his taste is impeccable and his interior design knowledge is impressive. We are both happy to recommend him.”

“I have had Gary from Designer Walls and More to do my cloakroom and en-suite in my previous property. The work was first class. All the fittings, tiles, etc were of the highest quality. We could not fault his work. We moved house and decided that we would renovate our en-suite and bathroom. We had no hesitation in asking Gary to quote for the work. We had the bath removed and replaced with a wet room. We were not disappointed with the result. It looks great. Everyone we have shown it too have been impressed with quality of the work. Gary also upgraded our en-suite which we are highly pleased with. Yes I would not hesitate again in asking Gary for a quote.”
