“Trying to find an architect is somewhat of a lottery , but we struck lucky with Ashley . He is professional, approachable and creative . He went above and beyond in the service he provided and helped us with the design , building regulations , planning, insurance and procurement . The service included not only plans but computer generated images of the reworked rooms which made it so much easier to visualise. He provided a comprehensive spec for the building contract , advised on the contract prices received and gave input throughout the build . He was also very reasonable we found ! We are delighted with the project result . He was a joy to work with and I would have no hesitation in recommending his services . The project ; the remodelling of a cottage to include the removal and reworking of a staircase and fireplace to create additional living and bedroom space and introduction of a second shower room.
